Napatra Hotel in Chiang Mai City

It was a clean, spacious and comfortable stay for me even though it’s not located near the night markets and touristy places. but all those places can be reached by grab/bolt bikes so no big deal.

Staying at Napatra Hotel in Chiang Mai city was amazing. Their service is excellent. For further my visit to Chiang Mai, I would love to book Napatra again. However, the location is a bit far from the main city, although communication is good enough. Hope anyone can book at Napatra and enjoy their stay.

Every thing great but have a thin well as well

Even a bit far from old town however Location is 5 minutes walking to Jing Jia market. Very good environment and provided free coffee and tea at the morning.

The room was spacious and clean, with a small balcony perfect for drying clothes. The front desk offers luggage storage, and there's free coffee in the lobby. It's a bit of a distance from Nimman Road and the Old City, but this means it's nice and quiet without any noise. Eating options nearby are convenient, and you can walk to JJ Market.

I am very satisfied with their service, especially the receptionists. When I was there and on my way to Chiang Mai visiting around the city, I thought my wallet was missing somewhere. So, I called and asked them to check my room. Their service was awesome—they promptly took action, handled everything, and checked for me. The room is comfortable and clean also.

Great location — there’s a 7-Eleven and a massage spa nearby. The room is simple, spacious, and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Kai and Eng.
There’s a free coffee and tea station at the lobby available from 6 AM to 12 noon, plus a water dispenser you can use anytime. The fridge in the room is stocked with water, a small pack of juice, chips, chocolate and soda — all free and replenished daily!
Special thanks to Kai and Eng for helping us arrange last-minute transportation to our pick-up point for the Yi Peng Lantern Festival. We wouldn’t have made it on time without their quick help, since no Grab drivers were accepting requests then.
Really appreciated the warm hospitality and excellent service. Will definitely come back!

The location is good. Close to JJ market, and the freeway. It’s close to the main road but quiet.

The room was big, clean, we had daily housekeeping during the stay. And free bottle water, snacks provided.

It actually exceeded our expectations. The hotel is very clean, and you get free water and snacks every day. There is also free coffee available until 12 p.m., with three different machines, and a water machine providing both hot and cold water all day. The price-quality ratio is excellent. Even though the hotel is not far from the city center, it is still surrounded by greenery, creating a peaceful atmosphere. We had views of palm trees from our balcony, and the balcony door has a mosquito net, which is great.
There is a 7-Eleven supermarket just 50 meters away and laundry machines only 30 meters from the hotel.
The bed is comfortable, but having one more pillow would be a nice addition. Also, one more chair would be helpful, as there was only one in the room for two people.
The staff was always welcoming and smiling. It was definitely a great choice, and I would recommend this hotel.
