The environment and facilities are great, but the front desk staff and cleaning ladies are a bit slow, so there's usually a long wait.

Very nice hotel. Fairly new but showing wear and tear. Conference room and lunches are wonderful! Breakfast buffet is decent with good selection of Asian and some westrrn. Fresh fruit, omlet bar.

Room is nice with separate "living room" from the bedroom. Bathroom is good but only one soap bottle.

Exercise room is sufficient for me but a bit basic. Two of the most popular pieces of equipment, the tread mill and elliptical machine are broken! Pool looks very nice. Didn't have time to try it out.

Service is very friendly. Their English is fairly lacking but sufficient for the basics.

Location is decent. Small coffee shops close by that have decent food as well. Big C is within 10 or so minutes walk. We had great view looking over lilly pond and mountain in background.

Friendly and helpful staff.
Location is excellent for my itinerary.

i would stay again if i go to chiang mai next time.

I was lucky enough to secure a corner suite at this hotel for a very reasonable price. The room overlooked the small lake and the sun set from the balcony each night was fantastic. The swimming pool is the real gem of this hotel. It's a great size for swimming laps and also big enough that people can relax by the edges and take in the sunshine. The beds around the pool are perfect for couples and extremely comfortable. Breakfast here is great. Everything is fresh and a nice mix of Asian / Western with a noodle and omlette station. The coffee machine also guarantees a nice cappucino if you want one! I will stay here again when I'm looking for some more R&R.

It was generally good. It is located further out from the Old City area but there are plenty of eateries, gyms, spas, and 7-Elevens around. The only issue I had was that my shower wasn’t working well and there was minimal hot water. Even though I asked reception a couple of times to please get someone to take a look at it, it never happened even though I stayed 5 nights there. The staff and cleaning lady was very friendly and helpful and did a great job keeping the room clean.

Really one of the best hotels I've ever been to. Super comfy bed, modern design, good location and good price. Super happy with this choice to stay here. I rented night by night and there was no problem with that. Reception managed it quickly.
