SB Living Place Hotel Phuket Town in Phuket Town

This is by far the worst place to stay due to the dirty sheets, horrible door security, and horrible service you get from the workers. I understand that sometimes you get dirty sheets by mistake. But when i found this out, I asked them to replace the bedsheetss, I was asked “why didn’t you look for this problem and tell us about it earlier” as if im supposed to go look under the sheets and all around the moment i step in the room. When i arrived i immediately went to the pool and gym. So by the time i got back to the room and showered it was already late. Then i was told to just move all of my things to another room, but i already had everything unpacked. So i asked them to simply bring the sheets from the next room and that was even an issue so i had to go to the room and replace it all myself. Then the next morning someone walked into my room. Good think i had a safety latch on because the doors dont lock on their own. Which means ANYONE can go in your room while you’re away. I tried not to complain the next day about it. But i simply asked the lady (pictured here) where is the laundry and she just told me “go find it yourself”. Why are people even at the hotel if customers have to do everything on their own. I even asked for them to call the manager and they told me the manager doesn’t come in til the morning. So there’s nobody to rectify the issue. Clearly i need to leave and stay in an airbnb. This is clearly better since its pointless to even have someone at your service when they are too lazy. I will be contacting booking to get my money back because this is ridiculous.
