Lamoon Resotel in Phuket Town

Great price, great location.
The staff are very friendly. Breakfast buffet is 150thb per person with decent selection.
Bottle water provided for free.
There is a 7-11 close by and easy walk to the old town.
The only complaint I have is lack of shower curtain in the bathroom. Whenever someone took a shower, it spray water all over the floor. Also, the fan in the bathroom does not work, so it is very hot in there.
Overall, excellent choice for the value and the location.

One of the nicest staffs i ever met.The hotel location is also good its in old town and best part is , it is exactly infront of 7 -11 .Rooms are decent with proper ac. One more thing , i stayed here for 2 days with my wife and many families were also there , so its family friendly too .They also have bike rental and taxi rental at their desk .For the price paid, i was fully satisfied. Would like to visit again.

Our room was on the 6th floor and the elevator can fit max most 4-6 people depending on if people have bags or not. We ended up taking the stairs a couple of times but the length of each step seemed a bit off compared to what we were used to, but at least we were only here for one night awaiting our transfer to Koh Phi Phi.

Overall can’t complain since the price was pretty affordable and we were only here for 1 night before heading over to Phi Phi. The place served it’s purpose for allowing us to rest for a night and pick up some snacks from 7-11 and there’s a bunch of ATM’s close by as well. Location can be a bit difficult to find on the navigation apps (Bolt/Grab).

Not so nice:
- Only 1 super tight elevator which interestingly had a button to turn on the fan
- There was no shower curtain so things in the bathroom were all getting wet
- Bathroom was super hot & humid

Very nice hotel. Close to old town. Free coffee, juice, water all day. You could smoke outside and on the balcony. The reception great and amazing, really kind people. Quick access to supermarkets, pharmacy, massage and coffee shops. Everything was amazing. Thank you 🤍

Great hotel walking distance to the city centre. Very friendly staff and happy to help with any travel options you may need. Enjoyed pancakes for breakfast, on a sea shell designed dinning tables. Our daughter really enjoyed seeing the Christmas decorations too. Very kindly stored our luggage too. Would definitely stay again.

Very friendly and helpful with all the documentation to apply to Thailand Pass
I will choose to stay here next time in Phuket

This place was great the staff here was very nice breakfast was excellent in the morning I found out where the local bus was and I went to the beach as much as I can I will stay here again
