Baan Nilawan Hua Hin Hotel in Hua Hin

I stayed for 8 days with my daughters. We were very pleased. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. It's 4 km from the center, but taxis and motorbikes are very cheap. We had no problems at all. I recommend this hotel. Greetings from Turkey ❤️

This place was amazing it was my everyday go
too for wonderful food and drinks. The staff was Highly attentive and did not let me want for anything . The family vibe with laid back style is very appealing .

Excellent budget lodging. My room was neat , clean and comfortable. Aircon worked perfectly. The entire place is very clean and well cared for . You can get to the beach walking for about 15 minutes and then access through a park.
The only downside is there is not much of anything in the neighborhood as far as eateries or bars or anything. A little isolated.
But for the price it is a great place to stay.

Stayed on night on the road from Bangkok down to the south. Staff is nice, good price and clean bedroom with bathroom.

Bed wasn't as comfy as that but the owner was very good at checking that the overall is good even transportation wasn't that hard. Will update at checkout.

Wonderful staff. Appropriate for budget stay, the beach is 5 minutes walking distance but I couldn’t get down the steep steps following a hip replacement. It’s a great location for an isolated beach, when the tide is out, and only 15 baht to town. Loved the peace here

Clean, friendly, good location, on the road, easy to find, with parking.

Staff is very kind and friendly and the food is good although I think a bit overpriced and sweet.

Room is nice enough but old with a lot of wear and tear but that's what you pay for.

Location isn't great. There's nothing around. And if you walk to the beach there's a lot of street dogs so I didn't feel safe. It's a good budget option but that's about it.

It was helpful that this Inn/guest house was still available as my plans changed at the last moment at a fair price. Quiet neighbourhood.
Well kept public spaces, spotless tiles with steep steps to rooms. My room was okay, but quite musty. Some problem in the pipes under the bathroom or a poorly maintained a/c unit! Will aggravate any respiratory condition. TV is adequate, but analog cable. Bed comfortable. Small fridge helpful, but there are no stores nearby to replenish supplies. Nowhere near the beach.
A good breakfast is provided by friendly staff, and their bar is handy for a nightcapy. 8 minutes to downtown Hua Hin, or 4 minutes north to RRC Coach stop (to Suvarnbhami Airport), but fixed priced cab fares are high.
In a pinch, I'd stay again, but likely not.

Bicycle tourist here. Bicycle can go in a kind of shoe storage corner out of site. It's not the best place, but probably pretty safe.

Great owners. Very clean rooms. Probably the best free breakfast I've had in a budget room. Can get a better deal on a booking site. 20usd if you walk in.
