Unfriendly office staff... not at all welcoming. Exposed wire on power strip was a fire hazard. Hard bed with extra large neck-breaking pillows. Rolled up a towel for a pillow instead.
Worst of all… bugs and ants! Lots and lots of ants! Booked for three nights… wanted to leave immediately. Checked out after first night…
On a positive note, Seven Eleven on first floor of building was convenient. Security guard was pleasant (much more so than office staff). Easy access to beach.

Nice place. Works as a hotel and as a condo. Big balcony, spacious room with kitchen and amenities. Convenient location. Recommend. Will come back to this place again! ❤

I stayed with 2 children - 1 night in Songkran. This is not a hotel, this is a condominium - accordingly, the apartment is rented out daily in a residential complex. The location is good - in the center of Hua Hin, next to the main shopping centers within walking distance. The beach is 3 minutes walk away.
Regarding the apartment: it is suitable for a short stay. The kitchen-living room is spacious with a lot of light from the balcony, with a TV and air conditioning, there are kitchen utensils and a medium-sized refrigerator, toaster, kettle, microwave. The sofa needs to be replaced, its condition did not allow an adult, and especially children, to sit on it. I am not sure that it is suitable for sleeping.
A room without a window - for overnight stay, a high bed with a comfortable mattress and pillows. There is also air conditioning in the room. There is a safe.
A toilet that can be accessed from both the room and the living room. There is no liquid soap and non-liquid soap either - for this they took off stars. But there is shampoo and shower gel. The bed linen and towels are clean. If you walk around the apartment barefoot, the floors are not perfectly clean, it is better to wear at least flip-flops. There is parking for cars and motorbikes. The price is too high, only because there were holidays and due to the high occupancy of hotels on these days, we had to stay here. The following days we moved to hotels with more comfortable conditions and a price corresponding to the quality.

We eventually checked into a room after paying extra for a cot for our baby. We also paid extra as the original room we were booked into was facing the main dual carriageway road …. very noisy. The management state “fast internet” once it was delivered at 20.00 hours on day of check-in. Just to load a google page takes 10 minutes if your lucky, as internet works on 3G speed internet. The 1 bed appartment was old and dirty. The 1x electric hob that worked (the second hob could not turn on) took 1 hour 30 minutes to boil a small saucepan of water. The ceiling lights, did not all work, meaning some areas of unit were in darkness. The view that we had to pay an extra AU$300- for a 7 day stay, was of another block of appartments….,, no view of the ocean at all! We came into the place as a family, we were given 1x key between us meaning that if 1x person goes out to get out of the block of units and re-enter, you need to swipe a key card on the locked foyer entrance door, equating to the other family person/s having to sit in the dark as the keycard operates the lights in the appartment. Very badly managed and *********** completely mis advertise it on the *********** website….. so beware. I certainly would NOT recommend anyone to stay in this vintage dirty run down place!

Stayed 5 days, cleaning and changing towels only one day. And only got one towel each. Or else ok. Service poor in English.

Ive stayed here 3 times now because its a great location 5 minutes from the beech, friendly staff, had a few room issues with AC, burst pipe but nothing the staff couldn't sort out for us, room moved twice lol

Centrally located, 5 minutes to the beach. In 10 minutes you can reach the 2 large supermarkets. Wellness opportunities can be reached on all sides. Good places to eat nearby. All of this can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. Not to forget the 7-11 store at the back of the complex. House front a beautiful pool with sea view. Free parking
