Amara Resort Hua Hin in Hua Hin

This wasn't for us as family although the two adjoining rooms were spacious, the TVs did not work and also the aircon was a little bit dodgy in one room
Breakfast was poor. No cereal for the children. The bread was uncovered with mosquitoes flying about who could only choose one thing off the buffet menu and on one occasion when we chose something they didn't have it. This area is okay if you are perhaps single and looking to go to the bars. It was also quite noisy on an evening as you back right onto the bars and nightlife
To get anywhere you needed to either get a taxi or a tuk-tuk we didn't feel that this resort was child friendly. The swimming pool was small and had quite a lot of debris in it

The place is pet friendly, but the room I stayed in the water pump makes horrible noise, hard to sleep. Loud thumping noise...

Shower not working correctly ! Shower water draining all over the bathroom floor! Lack of towels & toilet paper! Tea & coffee making poor! No tea bags or milk!
Lack of storage for clothes! Different room than advertised ! Im not impressed! The room needed some work!

The room was big. AC unit drips out water on floor. Stay away from 212 1st floor unit. They try to fix it but it still dripping water. We stay for a few days king size bed. Breakfast is not buffet style. Only order 1 item on the menu. The rest like bread, salad, fruits and drinks you help yourself. Tropical area. I don’t see the hot tub as advertised on the hotel website. Big pool. Long walk from the beach.
