This bungalow resort is good value for money with a great beach location. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had a fridge and fan. We were there 2 years ago. The owner is very nice and helpful. he was so nice and organized the return trip for us. Also very suitable for families with children. The bungalows are simple but nice and clean. The bungalow was cleaned every day. If we go back to Thailand we will definitely stay in the Rabit Bungalow again. We can only recommend it

We've already stayed three times at Rabbit Bungalow and highly recommend this place. Lek, the owner, is very kind, cares a lot about his guests, is always present and helps you with whatever question/issue. Be aware that the old bad reviews are for the previous owner while the current owner, Pon, is great and the place is the best! By far the best thing about this very rural, beachside hotel was the restaurant. The evening food was good, probably 4 star; the breakfast ok, but only three star. Bathroom has extremely slippery floor when wet and the water heater almost ineffective. it is very much a rural seaside place so don't expect city hotel standards.

Is there something like a home away from home? Why of course and its called Chomjan Beach Resort. The Bungalows are super nice, especially because there are bigger ones if you travel with kids. Booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. We had a great stay. Clear water and clean area. The room was clean and comfortable. Fittings are not top-notch but everything works. The staff was friendly and took good care of us.

An green oasis in Ranong with friendly and hospitable staff! We were out in Ranong in the evening and forgot the time, so we couldn't find a taxi in the middle of the night which takes us back to the resort. After a phone call we were picked up by a member of the staff and were driven back to the resort in comfort. Thank you very much for that! Breakfast was great!

Wonderful location. A small brook skirts the property with a set of stairs leading down to it behind the property. Excellent service, magnificent and minimalistic landscaping made it a stunning stay. The rooms were a bit on the smaller side.

Pom and her family have created a wonderful space for both eating and staying. I stayed with my partner a whole month in one of the bungalows, and ate multiple times at their restaurant. They made our stay so wonderful. Hope to come back some day.

The best beach front restaurant! Our group of 4 ate here multiple times a day during our week on Koh Phayam. The women that work here are so kind and friendly. The menu has many options of Thai and Western food, all of it delicious. Cheap yummy food right on the beach!

Stay here for 6 nights during the high season. Clean (aside from small ants, which are common in these kind of accomodations) and very bright bungalows, with big untinted windows and mosquito nets on them. We really liked the Sino Mansion Hotel! Our room was a nice size with good air conditioning and a comfortable bed. Everything was very clean and the upper car parking was really convenient for taking our luggage in and out. The front desk staff were very friendly and made our check in and out very smooth.

These huts are fully bamboo, airy, and minimal. It is our favourite place to stay on the island due to its tranquilness and peaceful vibes. Breakfast is included in the price, and it was around 800baht a night when we visited.

We had a wonderful holiday staying at Sabai Sabai. The location was amazing, the staff were wonderful and the food was fantastic. Our bungalow was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing and peaceful stay. A little piece of paradise.

We had a super 4 people bungalow/house right on the beach. Great view towards the water and listen to the waves at night. Good calm feeling about this place. The owner is really helpful. They make good coffee and food you can get served to your bungalow or eat a the small restaurant with view towards the water.

What an amazing place...This is how Thailand was 25 years ago. Great huts right on a beautiful beach. Plenty of options for food and drinks along the beach. The food at friends is absolutely fabulous. The Chef makes incredibly tasty food and the Burmese options are a nice addition to the usual menus. Definately one of the best places on this beach.

Stopped by for dinner on recommendation from an island local and we were not disappointed. Great Kao Soi (I didn't know it was a popular Burmese dish?) and a decent pizza for a local restaurant. Of course the spectacular sunset made everything just that little bit more special but still, we recommend you give them a try if you're on Ao Yai.

Great escape to silence. Simple huts. Lovely owners. Good food. Good service. Kettle and fridge. Yes, the reggae party can be heard. We stayed in cabin 1, so a little further west, which made a difference. Otherwise it is lovely silent, without the usually bad music played 24/7 in many other places. A little more love for a good interior would be appreciated. We will be back.

Lovely place! Situated on one of the best beaches on Koh Payam. Nice clean contemporary bungalows. I actually think they all have at least some sea view. First row of course but even second row. The manager and staff are fantastic so nice and helpful. Food is excellent and good value.

Sea view bungalow was really nice. Bungalow was right in front of the sea, so you could watch waves from your own porch. Free kayak rent. The owners were so cool and helpful - they helped us plan our trip and also booked tickets for us. We had a really peacful and beautiful stay.

The price/performance ratio was very good. Unfortunately, the category I booked didn't have a double room with a quiet mountain view, but only one facing the noisy street. So I opted for a twin room. About a 12-minute walk to the bus heading south.

We stayed several times, basic rooms, good value for your money. Rooms 14-17 facing the main road. In the late night often very loud with speeding motorbikes. WiFi in some places strong. Update: January 2020, Closed for renovation!

The room appears dated, but the bed is clean and suitable for a good night's rest. Conveniently located behind restaurants along the main road. Lacks a kettle and hairdryer. Both the room and exterior have a noticeable foul on smell. Plenty of parking available.

We rented for two weeks, was overall happy during the stay after covid (2021). I recommend to take ONLY the first or second row at front of the beach because behind is laying all the trash and debris around.
