Somerset Hotel in Pattaya

The property has a swimming pool, and it's also conveniently located directly opposite a large shopping mall.

The hotel's environment is fantastic. The lobby manager speaks Chinese, which made communication very easy. The hotel has its own infinity pool and a children's water park, plus an indoor kids' play area. The room was clean and tidy, and there's a balcony where you can hang clothes to dry. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

I’ve stayed at several Ascott properties across different brands—Lyf, Oakwood, and Somerset—and they’ve consistently delivered great experiences. Somerset Pattaya was no exception and definitely lived up to my expectations.

From the moment I arrived, everything went smoothly. The check-in process was quick and seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary room upgrade. The room itself was spotless, well-designed, and thoughtfully arranged, with all the amenities I could possibly need for a comfortable stay.

One of the highlights of the hotel is the rooftop pool. It’s easily one of the nicest I’ve seen in Pattaya—an infinity pool with stunning views, and it gets sunlight throughout the day, which makes it perfect for relaxing. For families, there’s also a second pool featuring a large pirate ship, which is a fantastic touch for kids.

The location is another major plus. Central Mall is just across the street, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. If you’re looking for nightlife or entertainment, there are plenty of bars and venues just around the corner.

Overall, Somerset Pattaya has become one of my favorite hotels in the city. It combines excellent service, great facilities, and a prime location. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

This five-star hotel offers an absolutely superb experience! It's perfectly located in the heart of Pattaya, very close to the famous Terminal 21. The bedding is soft and clean, every staff member greets you proactively, and the toiletries have a lovely scent. I'd definitely want to stay here again on my next visit.

It can be a bit noisy outside, but the higher floors are fine. The infinity pool on the top floor is absolutely stunning.

I really like this place. It's right in front of the Hilton hotel and a large shopping mall. To the left, there's a local specialty and souvenir market. To the back-left, there's a bar street, which can be a bit noisy. However, the transportation here is very convenient. The lobby is spacious and bright, and they offer different complimentary drinks every day. The upstairs pool is also fantastic, with an infinity pool and a water park. The hotel rooms have a small kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need, including a washing machine and laundry detergent. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit of a walk to 7-11, about 5-6 minutes. That's really the only flaw. I still really love this hotel and will definitely book it again next time.

Close to the beach, and it's super convenient for dining and shopping nearby. It's an ideal place to stay for a trip. The hotel is very clean, and the breakfast is also quite good.

Good location across the road to central pattaya mall. The room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel management was excellent because my room has some problems and they were quickly solved and upgraded me to a studio room which had wash machine at the Kitchenette, it was much convenient for me. Speaking of balcony, it would be perfect if there were a small cocktail table with a smaller chair instead of the existing big chair. Overall, it is comfortable and

The room was a bit small. There was a door that could be opened, but it just led to a wall, making me wonder if it connected to the next room. The ocean view from the sea-facing room was quite limited. There's a night market right next to the hotel, which was quite noisy, and we could hear it from our room. However, the hotel's infinity pool and kids' play area were great and definitely a highlight.
