One of the worst hotels in Pattaya. The staff is extremely rude and lacks even the basic courtesy required to host guests. All they seem to want is to force guests to pay extra money for everything.

DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL.

We mistakenly booked the hotel through Agoda with the wrong dates. We tried explaining the situation to the hotel staff for almost 3 hours. Agoda was willing to change the dates and even sent an email confirming the same, but the hotel still refused to accept it.

While we were standing there for those 3 hours, we requested at least a glass of water, which is a basic necessity. The staff denied it outright. Their behaviour was unacceptable.

A hotel that has its shortcomings and in my eyes some significant challenges on the hygiene side. especially at breakfast. I can start with check-in. check-in was good, there was clear information about routines at check-in and check-out. The staff was nice who saw you as a customer, met you. and had answers to questions. The room was a corner room with a sea view. we stayed on the 7th floor. you would think it was 'insect-free' there. but there are a lot of ants in the room. especially around a wooden table that was there. Get out the wooden table and put in something more modern. Cleaning was good. even though we were sometimes out late in the days. the room was still cleaned when we came in. The bed was very good. In fact the best bed I've had in a hotel down here. soft and good as I like the beds. we have been here 7 days. during our stay we have had some experiences. Apart from day 1 where the staff was good. Have they been angry, not greeted in the hallways. not smiled. walked with a sullen mouth. The breakfast has been below expectations. lots of people in line. sometimes tasteless food, cold food. The biggest problem is all the damn birds that fly into the room while you are eating and take your food with them. .Who knows what kind of crap they bring with them.
