Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very clean and quiet. Water pressure was very good. It's the perfect place to explore Trat before a trip to Koh Chang. Next time I will certainly book this place again.

The hotel experience was fantastic!
I arrived a little after 1:00 AM, and around 2:00 AM, I was surprised to find the front desk lady waiting for me. Even though she was so sleepy she'd taken a nap on a bench, she immediately got up to check me in and personally escorted me to my room. I felt so thoughtful and the service exceeded my expectations.
The next morning, I planned to explore the island, and she immediately called a taxi for me, gave me an approximate fare in advance, and reminded me not to get ripped off. This thoughtful reminder was heartwarming, as if she truly cared about her guests.
The room was also very nice. I booked a more affordable room, but it was still spacious and had a balcony. It had air conditioning and all the necessary amenities, making it a great value.
Overall, the hotel staff was very friendly and the service was attentive, making my stay very comfortable and satisfying!

This is the most charming hotel I have found in the city of Trat. The rooms are very spacious, clean.

When you leave the hotel and cross the small bridge, you are in the city center.
The price of the room is excellent and you will not find a hotel like this at this price in the city.
The service is excellent, there is room cleaning.
You receive new towels every day, bottled water, shampoo and everything you need for the room.
The place is very quiet. There is a TV and a refrigerator in the room. The air conditioning is excellent.
Highly recommended when you come to visit the charming city of Trat.

A hotel with a very bad experience has a good view. But it is not recommended. Will not stay again. The service attitude is also very poor. Breakfast is not provided in the hotel, and you have to pay extra for breakfast.

Great Overnight Stay Before Heading to Koh Kood!
We arrived in Trat from Bangkok in the late afternoon, and this hotel was a perfect overnight stop before continuing to Koh Kood. The staff were reliable and very friendly—they helped us arrange ferry tickets and the transfer to the island, which made everything so easy. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a convenient and comfortable stay before your trip to Koh Kood.

Wonderful staff at reception and housekeeping, lovely rooms and gorgeous vista from the top balcony. Look out for the literal trash monkeys that come to raid the outdoor bins 😂. Can use LineMan to order food to the hotel, and buy cold beers and water from reception. As always, keep any food or food rubbish inside the fridge to avoid unwanted room guests. Didn’t try the breakfast but there’s plenty of great food next to the nearest 7-11 which is 5 mins walk away. Night market has amazing snacks also. Otteri laundromat in town works well 40thb 9kg cold load, or can launder with reception for 8thb per piece and 24hr turnaround.

Superb quiet riverside location with a lovely view.
The staff were most friendly and really helpful in arranging our onward journey.
We've been through Trat a couple of times now and always moved on within a day. Next time we'll give it more time and stay here for a few nights. Tranquillity.
