Decent hotel but not a lot going on probably didn’t help as we stayed on a Wednesday and restaurant was closed so tried Trat which was difficult to get a taxi back and taxi to pier which was our main purpose of stay was very expensive  So probably wouldn’t use this location again  But must say hotel is a very good standard and fabulous value for money with very accommodating staff

We stayed here for one night before traveling to Koh Kood. The check-in was quick and smooth. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The water pressure was excellent, though the drainage was a bit slow. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.

Fantastic hotel, 10 out of 5 stars! The staff are always smiling and go out of their way to help with everything. It's perfectly clean everywhere! Breakfasts are delicious, and so are the dinners. We had a room in the furthest bungalow, on the second floor, with an amazing sea view. The room itself was very cozy. The view was "a million-dollar view"! High ceilings. A wonderful hotel for those who appreciate peace, tranquility, natural beauty, and excellent service. The hotel is located in a secluded spot, which ensures it's quiet and uncrowded. The service and guest relations are beyond praise. The beach is stunning, and the cozy, comfortable bungalows create a delightful vacation atmosphere.

Resort is located close to mangrove forest, those who are interested in nature touring can do a walk through the forest if wanted. Rooms are built on top of water pool giving an experience. Guests with kids must be careful.

Fantastic rooms and location. The overall outlook of the resort is built on relaxing. The only issue we had is with the restaurant food service. The ordered food for the x3 of us came out 30mins in between meaning the share plates ordered were all cold by the time the last arrived which put a damper on the end of the night. We've stayed at this hotel many times over the past 20 years. In the last year alone, we've been twice: 7 days in April (one room for two) and 9 days in January (two rooms with family). The hotel is quite old but well-maintained. Its main selling point is its central location, and it's a proper hotel, not just a guesthouse on the island. Breakfast is perfectly edible. The location is generally good, with shops and restaurants nearby. The room was meh, I've seen better. What you see on the website isn't real, so it was a bit of a shame upon arrival. A great view and very individual rooms. Super sunsets, but poor maintenance. Also, the breakfast is very simple. The cooked ham is swimming in warm water. The butter is melted for weeks. A beautiful resort with one set back. There was a large pond outside our room which was full of green water with a nasty smell. Other than this it was lovely. The food was inexpensive and delicious. You have such a wonderful place! But you have to at least improve the professionalism of the restaurant's customer service. Very good location, Blue pearl bar is the best. Many activities are available e.g. snockling, kayak, sub board, swiming. No need to out of resort. There is a small island near by just 1 km. far away from here.

Beautiful place! Super cute and amazing staff. They picked me up from the pier, answered my questions and always with a great attitude! The boardwalk in front of the hotel is gorgeous for sunset. Only issue for me was the water pressure in the shower was weak and didn’t have options to make it stronger. Everything else was exceptional and would stay here again!

The place has been renovated, there is a viewing point and at the bridge the resort has made stairs to go up and down to the sea easier. There are hammocks to lie on the bridge, the atmosphere is good, the restaurant has been changed and renovated.

The location is a bit far from the city center, the hotel is clean, but the worst thing is the mattress, or rather the lack of it! Excellent hotel, beautiful territory. For breakfast they serve soup of your choice - with Pork, with chicken, or with fish. You can drink as much tea and coffee as you want. From the bus station where buses from Bangkok arrive, you can walk. About 1.8 we walked along the road using Google Maps in 25 minutes.

Firstly, the room was in terrible condition: the windows were dirty, the walls were uneven, and although they were white, no one had bothered to even them out. Good location. Friendly staff, comfortable bed. The bathroom could do with an update. Plenty of complimentary tea and coffee offered. The white curtains don't keep the light out so expect to get woken up when the sun wakes up!

I was scared by some reviews but everything was good, room and facility look freshly renovated (paint at less), swimming pool is good, front of the beach, not noisy. My bathroom was little bit small and the windows missing. But overall is was very good. I would just suggest the staff to tell some customer to not smoke weed around the pool, it smell too bad and there is children in the hotel

In january is was great. Now in low season they should better close the whole business. No restaurant, no drinks, nothing. They do their best but when there are almost no guests. We were the only ones.

I'll start with the positives as that will be quickly written. We had a beach front bungalow which was spacious and had a nice view. The beach is compacted sand and therefore uncomfortable to sit on. There aren't any sunbeds on the beach. The water isn't very clear. There is a lot of seaweed, leaves etc in the water. The breakfast was just ok. Cordial for juice which is poor. The service was excellent. The reception staff uses a translation app, so there's practically no language barrier. You can take a tuk-tuk from the hotel to the street cafe (which was very useful during the downpour). The only downside is a leaky shower hose. We didn't eat in the hotel restaurant. Naivacha Tent is a very nice resort directly at the seaside. Some of the tents (it's more glamping, than camping) have a perfect and romantic view to the ocean. There's not much which feels better as lying in the bed, listen to the waves and nature around you. The breakfast is simple and fresh, for all your needs will be taken care.
