People working at the hotel are friendly and honest. They will do whatever it takes to make you comfortable. It is 5 star hotel. Definitely I will go back again.
The hotel does not deserve these three stars, rather 1. No air conditioning, However, the technician came by, Telling us that the air conditioning works except it was a fan that just stirred air. We paid for two meals at 8:30 p.m., At 8:30 p.m., There was almost nothing left, Not even restocking, on the contrary, he cleared away more, we ate almost in the dark
Pointing out to the waiter that there was no light, no response…. . Quality of the food not great, no choice, Bad presentation that makes you not want to eat.
I was going to forget breakfast, we're talking about it. Horrible coffee, no choice at the buffet. Very simple buffet, no taste.
The staff is nice especially the front desk lady Ms Zakia, she was helpful throughout our stay.
The equipment in the hotel could however use some upgrade for the fees they're charging. The wifi wasn't available in our room if you need to use it you had to go at the pool which is kinda backward.
