Hari Club Beach Resort in Aghir

Firstly I cant thank the hotel enough for helping me with my engagement to my partner you truly made it amazing . The hotel is really lovely and we had such a good time I want to thank all the bar staff for always being so helpful. To Joe and the team you lot are legends and work so hard well done . And to kazim you sir are a fantastic man and a true asset to not on the hotel but tunisia in itself

On arrival to the hotel, the check in was pretty straight forward but a massive language barrier with the receptionist. We were taxed when we arrived £44 which was expected but just a heads up for those that don’t know. We were shown to our room by one of the animation team Rico and he was so lovely and bubbly, very happy even at midnight! Food- it is NOT international buffet for all inclusive, I have a 5 year old who had the same meal for breakfast lunch and dinner for the whole week as we struggled to find things she would eat. They only had chips and chicken nuggets once the whole week. Lots of options and salad bits but for those who need an easy meal I recommend eating out instead. Room- we stayed in a family room with a garden view, the view being a massive tree and the mini golf course but we were very close to the venue which was a bonus. The rooms need a massive upgrade and the towels were stained on a daily basis. But the room cleaners done a fantastic job everyday coming in and leaving our clothes in funny patterns and even left us a love heart on the bed with real flower petals. They went the extra mile. Facilities - the pictures sell you a pipe dream and we were quite shocked with the size of the main pool area, a lot smaller than it looks in the pictures, the all inclusive drinks are minimum but great if you’re a beer drinker or just soft drinks. The shop on site was great and had everything we needed and even things you don’t think you need! Staff- The animation team are the only reason we stayed here for the whole week, our first day was disappointing but the rest of the stay was absolutely amazing and we can’t fault them. They went the extra mile with our daughter and would even come in on days off to say hello and spend time with her. They interacted with us all day everyday and made us feel like family. Omar, Blacky, Rico, Jad, Joe, momo, dayna, DJ Aladdin, and ziizo. thank you for everything you done for us. Without you it wouldn’t have been the same. Alibabah in the shop on site is a legend and is always so happy to see us, he was so helpful and we befriended him on the first day. Massive shoutout to Dali in the bar aswell, he was welcoming, funny and always had time for us, would go out of his way everyday to just come and see us. He made my daughter feel like a princess. Without the staff, this place would be a 2 star at best. But the animation team are the reason we will be booking again to visit.
