The hotel provides comprehensive services, is located on the West coast of the island of Djerba, in southern Tunisia. The hotel has a large outdoor pool, a terrace for sunbathing and a bar located on the beach. The restaurant serves a Breakfast buffet and offers Mediterranean cuisine. Location: on the seafront, next to one of the most beautiful beaches of Djerba island, 10 km from the city of Medan, 32 km from Djerba airport.

Consists of six 2-storey blocks and nine 2-storey bungalows. Bungalows have a private pool and recreation area.

Beach: own sandy beach in 50 m from hotel (1st coastal line). Sun beds, umbrellas - free of charge. The length of the beach - 300 m.

A very nice hotel with a good spa, I recommend the great massages. An exceptionally beautiful beach + delicious cuisine. Nice and energetic animators, especially Sam and Enzo with their pony.

A hotel with a beautiful beach and delicious food. Very friendly service at the reception and restaurant. I especially recommend the great entertainment team :) Sam and Mario really do a great job :) and no evening is boring Sam with curly hair is an excellent dancer

I stayed at this hotel about a year ago, and overall the experience was decent, though there were some issues. At the time of our stay, the hotel wasn’t very clean, and the rooms were only cleaned when we asked, which was disappointing. We left tea and coffee cups outside our room and they were not removed for several days, eventually starting to grow mould, which let the experience down. That said, the staff were alright and generally helpful when spoken to. The food was okay, not amazing but acceptable, and the hotel itself was fine overall. If you’re travelling with children, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for Christmas and New Year, as it didn’t feel very family-friendly during that period. For that time of year, Calimera would be a better choice.

The positives…. A lovely looking hotel situated adjacent to a fabulous beach and close to the fabulous crocodile park. All staff were polite and friendly. The food was plentiful and varied. The not so positive bits… There were often cockroaches in the dining room. The dining room chairs were really filthy and needed a thorough cleaning The bedrooms were a little sparse with only a couple of electrical outlets, no drawers or tea and coffee making facilities. The bathroom flooded when having a shower due to poor installation of the shower screen. The air conditioning system was ineffective. We paid extra for a sea view but a tree obscured our view..

The trip was a great success, but the hotel was quite worn out. The sunbeds and mattresses on the beach were very worn. The entertainment team was fantastic. The waiters were very friendly, especially Aladine, who was definitely the most communicative and quickly learned Polish :) Best regards to Aladine and Wajdi :)

I stayed at this hotel for a week and really enjoyed it. The entertainment was great, with fun activities every day. Animator Ramos was the highlight – full of energy and always made everyone laugh. Thanks to him, the evenings were unforgettable.

We stayed here for the second time and once again had a very pleasant experience. The air conditioning in the rooms is excellent, although the mattresses are extremely hard. The rooms could use some renovation — after every shower, the bathroom turned into a private swimming pool, and the toilet was leaking. However, the cleaning staff did an excellent job cleaning the rooms daily. A €5 tip at the beginning of your holiday really works wonders. Compared to last year, we found the food less varied and generally too cold this time. The pool is beautiful and peaceful, and you can still find a sunbed at a decent time without having to rush. The staff is very friendly, and the animation team is great, although sometimes a bit too pushy in trying to get you to participate in the activities. At 4 PM, snacks are always available at the pool, but unfortunately, there's often a long queue. This is partly due to the guests themselves, who line up with 10 plates only to throw half of it away. We noticed the same behavior in the dining room. People really need to learn to only take what they’re actually going to eat — it would make the experience so much more pleasant for everyone. The only thing we missed for the kids was an afternoon ice cream by the pool. We’ll probably return again — for the price you pay, what you get is absolutely fair.

The hotel and food were very good. The animation team was great, and the activities were excellent as well. My only complaint is about the hotel staff, who were often unfriendly, especially when they didn’t receive a proper tip. The hotel photographer was exceptionally rude.
