It was amazing, and lovely service, the location is great near the beach and all the restaurants around, we had a great animation team for the new year eve and we had all type of music specially the local one. Huge shoutout to Taha, he’s such a great one !!! Loved seing him dancing. the food is amazing you have to try it ( my mom loved it ).

On arrival the lobby made a very nice impression, but unfortunately the service was not so good. It had been newly renovated, so the facilities were good. The service was lacking; you had to wait a long time. We didn't have any hand towels or beach towels in the room. The minibar in the room was empty. The bathroom was not clean. The safe was difficult to use. The furnishings were nice. Water leaked out of the bathtub because it wasn't mounted all the way to the wall. The restaurant had not been renovated and was poorly ventilated, and after eating your clothes smelled strongly of the kitchen and grill. The food was ok for a 3 star hotel. Be careful, if you book full board you won't get any water at the bar, and in the restaurant you can only drink water in plastic cups at mealtimes. There is music in the evening until 1 a.m. When you asked, they said the music was from the neighboring hotel. It's not directly on the beach, but you will be transported there for free in a horse-drawn carriage.

Good hotel, all entertainment shows are enjoyable but reception and restaurant staff are rude . Their treatment of guests is terrible. This is from my own experience.

The room was great i mean clean and modern with smart television plus internet connection which is more than i asked. And the pool was nice but i liked the beach more, beside the animation was everything in fact the animation of hotel joya paradise was the best animation i even seen so thank you for the good hospitality ❤️
