The food is a four-star, varied and fresh, but there's not much fruit. The location is a four-star – the beach is close, but you have to walk or take the hotel shuttle along a dusty, trash-strewn road. It's at the very edge of the beach, so it's rocky and has lots of seaweed. But if you walk further, the beach is wonderful.

I visited this hotel a few times over the last 10 years. Their service is still good and most of the clients including us were enjoying their accommodation.

The bar staff is completely disgusting, they're kids, looking for tips.
With Western tourists!!!
With Franco-Tunisians like me, you have to argue with them, especially to make it clear.
Westerners love Djerba for vacation, nothing more, nothing less!! But outside of that, they hate the young people who work in this hotel. They don't understand, and even though I explained the situation well, they got a very good lesson!!
Poor kids, they're only attracted by money.

Great! The only problem was paying the tourist tax, I didn't get the legal rate (Tunisian traveler) I had to pay the European rate despite presenting a Tunisian identity card. Not very fair... but hey, no big deal

Catastrophic stay between the room (very cold the heating worked every other time with a deafening noise. Hot water cut. Catastrophic restoration unforgettable stay in the bad sense of the word.

- To go to sea we always have to wait for a car. There is not much variety in the food, always the same. The restaurant is old and not clean. There is no tablecloth on the tables outside. That is the level .... old hotel ... the cleaning ladies did their best despite this. The reception is not clean .. that is in fact the view of the hotel ... old cupboards and the paint is peeling ... the walls are flaking and dirty ... at the reception there are 2 windows with a view of the pool and that are broken ... the doors are very old and are also broken ... the upholstery of the seats in the hallway is also completely broken ... the white band around the pool (ground) is broken everywhere ... the toilet is gone the beach is dirty ... the beach is not clean ... for swimming you have to go to the beach of the hotel next to it because there is a lot of moss and other things floating in the water ... animation is zero ... the animators always stayed with the young girls .. the staff was not friendly, didn't even say hello ... the assistant chief animator made a mistake in the evening during a game indicating lack of experience and therefore there was a problem with the relevant customers ... only at the reception they were friendly and also the cleaning lady
