Staff are excellent, hotel clean, had a very good experience,, Waseem get 10 stars at the pool bar, will be coming again.

Most staff was very welcoming and always tried to keep things entertaining, barman wassim at pool bar was amazing he couldn’t do enough for u (top man) rooms were okay and food was not to bad but very repetitive, beer and cocktails were also nice

Due to time of year we missed the water park being open but overall had an amazing holiday. All staff were friendly, wassim was brilliant- made the best cocktails and always had a welcoming smile

the restaurant and all the bars are nice and all the staff are really nice and friendly to you the food is nice but sometimes could do with been warmer

Bissaam is a great guy, really accommodating. Great start! Then you have everyone in animation team, great bunch of guys. Ali , the food hall manager carry an infectious smile and the rest of the waiters are excellent

A very nice hotel with a good spa, I recommend the great massages. An exceptionally beautiful beach + delicious cuisine. Nice and energetic animators, especially Sam and Enzo with their pony.

I especially recommend the great entertainment team :) Sam and Mario really do a great job :) and no evening is boring Sam with curly hair is an excellent dancer

The rooms could use some renovation — after every shower, the bathroom turned into a private swimming pool, and the toilet was leaking. However, the cleaning staff did an excellent job cleaning the rooms daily

At 4 PM, snacks are always available at the pool, but unfortunately, there's often a long queue. This is partly due to the guests themselves, who line up with 10 plates only to throw half of it away

We just spent a week there between Christmas and New Year's. The staff is lovely, always smiling, very dedicated, helpful, and available. Most of the staff speak several languages ​​(at least French, English, and German)

Everything is designed to ensure you have a great time, and you certainly do. There's also a spa offering a variety of massages, thalassotherapy, etc. The staff is very competent, welcoming, and attentive

Had the most amazing time at a fantastic hotel. All the staff were really friendly and always happy to help. The entertainment crew were amazing big shout to Mario for the archery family loved it

They go out of their way to ensure you have a fantastic experience. The New Year's festivities were incredible (even fireworks!). The resort is extremely well-maintained (including the beach)

The quality of the treatments is clearly on par with (or even better than) Parisian spa treatments. They offer excellent value for money. A fantastic experience to be had there

We did archery with Mario every day and had a blast – thanks, Mario! The New Year's Eve gala dinner and party were fantastic! We would definitely do it again!

On arriving you go through gate security, entering to the reception area, you met by helpful staff, wore the resort hand band for recognition, all in all a great experience, but for a small exception and, that is, there are two cats roaming in the buffet area, which is a minus if you have cats phobia

Going home today after a lovely week at Djerba Aqua Resort. Stayed with my husband and 12 year old son. First off no sunbed wars, always plenty of beds in the morning

Beautiful rooms and kind and helpful staff, they smile everyday bringing everyone joy :), the rooms are good but a bit unclean, the food there was butiful but when the staff cook omelettes in the morning sometimes it’s just not cooked good

The pool is small and not very pretty, just a simple rectangle, perfect for those who enjoy lounging by the pool. But coming to Djerba and lounging by the pool is silly

Each evening there is an optional dress and I particularly loved the white dress night, where my friend and I were invited to a ceremony put on by management, and certificates were given to the people who had won certain games like bowls, beach volly ball

Amazing hotel! Clean rooms, staff are kind and knows english, awesome pool, large choice of food. Beautiful place. I enjoyed being in this hotel for two weeks.

Large rooms with climatization in a well-maintained resort. Activities include water aerobics, archery, crazy golf, petanque and nightly music.

Room would have a mold smell while beeing visually clean. Great water pressure in bath. Bathroom actually has a bathtab.

Whilst the location was good, on the beach, the food in the restaurant was not very varied, and indeed not even hot a lot of the time. I was especially frustrated by no BOILING WATER for tea (I don't drink coffee)

I have just returned from a 5-day all inclusive trip to this hotel and have to confess to a disappointing experience - compared to another hotel nearby where my late husband and I stayed many times

We also had a lovely treatment at the SPA and indoor pools. I also managed an afternoon on the wonderful golf course - 2km from the hotel, a very cheap taxi ride

Well I like the hotel it’s so comfy and workers there are kind and overwhelming the food is delicious I like it and the pool is amazing and I love the fact how everyday they would do something’s to watch after dinner I LOVE ❤️ fiesta beach djerba

The sea wow! was amazing, we come from Italy, so we know the Mediterranean sea, but the Djerba/Tunisia side is truly amazing! in the resort you have also the possibility to enjoy the quiet pool or the big pool with animators ecc

We did enjoyed the resort for everything, starting with the gym we went every day for morning training ad Malik was a perfect personal trainer and soon become our friend, keep going forward this way! food is in line with our expectations, we didn't want to exaggerate so we could find also healthy food to balance our meals with a lot of choices international

Hard sun beds pool area Never been to a hotel in Tunisia with no waiter service around the pool What was very disappointing was the beach bar no alcohol at all only soft drinks Beach area be very careful full of rubble and broken tiles I cut my foot be careful with children the beach area needs cleaned from rubble in the sand

Excellent experience! So much to do and so many different things to try. The entertainment team are fabulous and the animations are fab and the team are so friendly and so much fun!

The animation team was amazing, they are all friendly and made you feel comfortable! The games are super fun like the archery and darts. They also had dancing in then the evening
