All the staff at the beach bar and beach restaurant are wonderful and kind. Almost everyone from the animation team is also amazing, especially Fyras, who is polite, funny, and simply perfect. The service was so-so, as you had to wait forever to check in, and they didn't do what they promised, like bringing something to your room. Cleanliness was okay, and the buffet was just a bit overcrowded. The location is quite remote.

First of all, the reservation made on trip.com does not correspond at all to what I reserved. Rooms with 2 King size beds or 4 beds. Disabled people had to sleep in 1 separate bed, apart from what you requested at the hotel, it is at ******* I saw it in front of my eyes at the hotel on the order form 1 Double room × 2. So if I had reserved this I would have paid 70 euros × 2 since two reservations...

Hotel well located but far from the city center of Houmt Souk After, the taxi is not expensive. The best thing about the hotel is the unlimited food and drinks too. Frankly, we will come back. The WiFi is a little weak but sufficient.

Beautiful and elegant beachfront property, excellent buffet, friendly staff, unobtrusive entertainment, disappointing shows. We've never found our room cleaned when we returned from breakfast (at 10 a.m.). One day they forgot to clean the room, another day they forgot to refill the water and coffee, and too many times they entered our room almost unannounced. Overall, we're satisfied.

This hotel should improve itself in many ways including cleanliness of the rooms, competency of some receptionists. The food is a four-star, varied and fresh, but there's not much fruit. The location is a four-star – the beach is close, but you have to walk or take the hotel shuttle along a dusty, trash-strewn road. It's at the very edge of the beach, so it's rocky and has lots of seaweed. But if you walk further, the beach is wonderful.

I stayed at this hotel about a year ago, and overall the experience was decent, though there were some issues. At the time of our stay, the hotel wasn’t very clean, and the rooms were only cleaned when we asked, which was disappointing.
