The service was so-so, as you had to wait forever to check in, and they didn't do what they promised, like bringing something to your room. Cleanliness was okay, and the buffet was just a bit overcrowded

Room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels The food was very good plenty of choice for everybody lovely fruit there is wine in barrels for you to help yourself at lunch and dinner plus a craf of water on each table You also get to go to an Italian night which was great food but I did not enjoy the Tunisa night I found the food very spicy but my husband loved it

Lets talk tips, the reality is, if you don't give tips you are going to be neglected, which is not acceptable, considering that you have paid 1000 euros for a week at the hotel

Great! The only problem was paying the tourist tax, I didn't get the legal rate (Tunisian traveler) I had to pay the European rate despite presenting a Tunisian identity card. Not very fair... but hey, no big deal

I visited this hotel a few times over the last 10 years. Their service is still good and most of the clients including us were enjoying their accommodation.

The food is a four-star, varied and fresh, but there's not much fruit. The location is a four-star – the beach is close, but you have to walk or take the hotel shuttle along a dusty, trash-strewn road

It's at the very edge of the beach, so it's rocky and has lots of seaweed. But if you walk further, the beach is wonderful

Honestly, nothing to say, I recommend this hotel apart from the wifi which stutters in the rooms.

Bissaam is a great guy, really accommodating. Great start! Then you have everyone in animation team, great bunch of guys. Ali , the food hall manager carry an infectious smile and the rest of the waiters are excellent

From the moment we entered the hotel, we felt welcomed, greeted by Bissaam cordial personality and then Faycal during the daytime, not to forget karamma, they all were there to resolve your queries

People either leave their stuff on the table so then its theirs for the lenght of the stay or ask waiters to reserve it for them. So you go to eat your meal when the restaurant opens and you have to hunt for a free table

The animators were always smiling, enthusiastic and professional, and they made a real effort to engage guests by inviting everyone to dance and participate, creating a warm and joyful atmosphere every evening

Information for other travellers: safe key is 3TND a night (November 2025), and the water pressure in the bathroom is quite low (showers were still pleasant, but I chose not to wash my hair there as it would have taken ages)

The pool: fantastic, deep in areas but well signed, pool foam party not to be missed, slippy in areas but that's standard,now the sunbeds, in my opinion there are not enough for capacity, I can imagine in July or August that it's a struggle, loads of beds down the beach but I think more are definitely needed around the pool , temperatures exceed 30 degrees so umbrellas are a must

The beach,well,to be honest wasn't what I was hoping for, construction work going on, and a big JCB digger on the beach shifting sand, there is a lot of seaweed on the beach and water is murky and dark because of this, which put us off going in, clearer blue seas are further around the coastline,we stuck to the pool in the end

The only advice about the dining hall is ,you don't need to rush to go in 1st ,always fresh and hot food available and going in to eat a bit later when quieter makes for a more relaxing experience,also we only realised there is a smaller dining room with half the options but much quieter situated opposite the pool bar

I was there last month with my family, and I wanted to come back again, so in September I came back alone. I really enjoy it. I have a lot of animator friends here so it’s my best time here.

We didn't have any hand towels or beach towels in the room. The minibar in the room was empty. The safe was difficult to use. Water leaked out of the bathtub because it wasn't mounted all the way to the wall

It was amazing, and lovely service, the location is great near the beach and all the restaurants around, we had a great animation team for the new year eve and we had all type of music specially the local one
