Beautiful and elegant beachfront property, excellent buffet, friendly staff, unobtrusive entertainment, disappointing shows. We've never found our room cleaned when we returned from breakfast (at 10 a.m.). One day they forgot to clean the room, another day they forgot to refill the water and coffee, and too many times they entered our room almost unannounced. Overall, we're satisfied.

The food is a four-star, varied and fresh, but there's not much fruit. The location is a four-star – the beach is close, but you have to walk or take the hotel shuttle along a dusty, trash-strewn road. It's at the very edge of the beach, so it's rocky and has lots of seaweed. But if you walk further, the beach is wonderful.

Beautiful location and lovely beach with good access from hotel and pool to beach. Pool was very good also. Food was excellent with a huge range of options, and staff were very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend, and stay here if we were ever to come to Djerba again.

Beach is absolutely stunning with crystal clear water at low tide. Staff are incredibly helpful and work really hard. Property a little dated but would still recommend.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the air circulation was quite poor, and the air conditioner didn’t work during my stay, which made the room a bit uncomfortable, especially during warm hours. Overall, it’s a nice place, but I wish the ventilation or AC worked better during this period.

After two days, I felt ike I was ready to explode. I can't imagine how you'd survive...

This was my first time coming to Djerba and it will definitely not be my last. All the staff at the hotel were fantastic and accommodating, no request was too much for them. We only speak English however all the staff made sure that we understood everything and took their time to communicate with us and use Google translate if needed. Entertainment was great and there is always something to do throughout...

On arrival, the check in was a bit confusing but after that it has been kne of the best hotels! The staff are very friendly, welcoming and helpful. There is a good selection of food and drinks. Beautiful rooms and kind and helpful staff, they smile everyday bringing everyone joy :), the rooms are good but a bit unclean, the food there was butiful but when the staff cook omelettes in the morning sometimes it’s just not cooked good. But I had the 5 best days of my life thank you Djerba Aqua Resort!

On arriving you go through gate security, entering to the reception area, you met by helpful staff, wore the resort hand band for recognition, all in all a great experience, but for a small exception and, that is, there are two cats roaming in the buffet area, which is a minus if you have cats phobia.

Our experience at this hotel was fantastic. The staff at reception were very accommodating and the chefs were top notch. The food selection was good. The bar staff fantastic. The animation were the highlight of our holiday…… Kareem, Mohamed, Ayub, Gigi, Emma, Tchitchou, Sisko, Momo, Alex and Karimelo…. These guys were tops and made every activity fun….. thanks for making our holiday one to remember

Nice stqy brilliant overall but lacked in some bits the food was ok but got served raw meat at one point staff brilliant cleaners clean everyday thoroughly entertainers are excellent would reccomend just watch out for the food

I came for 1 week but wish I had booked for longer. I was given a room on the 2nd floor, which was hard for me due to health, after speaking with reception I was moved to a ground floor room the following morning, which was appreciated. The staff are lovely, from the cleaners to the Head Manager, and the animation team make you feel included and bring lots of fun and smiles. The food is amazing and...

I was there last month with my family, and I wanted to come back again, so in September I came back alone. I really enjoy it. I have a lot of animator friends here so it’s my best time here.

People incredible, good service. The activities proposed by the team Bravo each day are well organized and fun. The Yadis staff are always happy to assist you. Will be good for the future to renovate the rooms infrastructure are dated.

People were very nice and gentle for everyone. The animations were fun. I personally took place in a couple of them. Food was delicious every day. I was with my family and we all had so much fun together. They have their own beach, huge plus. Best guy we met was Mamido!
