Beautiful and elegant beachfront property, excellent buffet, friendly staff, unobtrusive entertainment, disappointing shows. We've never found our room cleaned when we returned from breakfast (at 10 a.m.). One day they forgot to clean the room, another day they forgot to refill the water and coffee, and too many times they entered our room almost unannounced. Overall, we're satisfied.

Such an amazing experience here. I came on a solo trip for my 22nd birthday and the hotel was great! I was on an all inclusive package and the staff were super helpful and friendly. The food is a four-star, varied and fresh, but there's not much fruit. The location is a four-star – the beach is close, but you have to walk or take the hotel shuttle along a dusty, trash-strewn road. It's at the very edge of the beach, so it's rocky and has lots of seaweed. But if you walk further, the beach is wonderful.

I stayed here twice, I had to leave early to the airport, they had breakfast at the reception for me, super friendly helpful staff, amazing swimming pools, the room was decent, bathroom clean, good breakfast, i didnt have lunch inside because nearby restaurants. Its worth its money.

We stayed at the Hari club over Christmas and new year. The hotel was clean and close to the beach. The indoor pool was great and the spa was reasonably priced with various packages available. We had a sauna/seaweed wrap/ scrub and body massage that we highly recommend. There were tennis courts and crazy golf available that were well maintained. On arrival to the hotel, the check in was pretty straight forward but a massive language barrier with the receptionist. Rooms - cupboard door wouldn’t close, toilet seat broken, balcony chairs broken, light bulbs broken, one English language TV channel (BBC News), balcony filthy and from ours we could see directly into the bathroom of the room opposite. Thanks a lot for perfect vacay Hari Club! After initial troubles with insufficiently cleaned room was everything amazing. Substitute room was above my expectations. The hotel is lovely, the beds are really comfy, there's indoor and outdoor pools, the beach is nearby. The food is pretty decent - lots of choice - with waffles and crepes at breakfast time, a massive buffet for lunch and dinner (including chicken, beef, fish and sometimes shrimp), salad bar, soup, ice-cream and cakes. After two days, I felt ike I was ready to explode. I can't imagine how you'd survive...

This was my first time coming to Djerba and it will definitely not be my last. All the staff at the hotel were fantastic and accommodating, no request was too much for them. We only speak English however all the staff made sure that we understood everything and took their time to communicate with us and use Google translate if needed.
