Very good hotel and very helpful staff who can easily communicate in English, French or Arabic. Has its own beach with beach bar right at the back gates so you don't need to go far for 6am morning swim or to see the sun rise. By the way you are not restricted to one drink as per one of the reviews here. It says one drink but you can drink as much as you'd like.
Hotel ground is very well maintained with plenty of greens, swimming pools clean and well kept.
Food is very good, a lot to choose from If you are not going on hols for culinary experience... Beautiful, spacious lobby and outside deck to go for drinks in the evening.
Rooms are a bit dated but it didn't ruin my experience. Those looking to spend their holidays in bed should look for something else.
Holidaymakers should always keep in mind of the country they are heading to! It's Africa: food is different, way of life is different, culture if different.That's what the whole experience is about! If you want comfy beds and food like home, you'd want to stay at home. I think hotel is doing an amazing job to suit and entertain multicoloured tourists.

It was one of the best stay in Hammamet! I literally felt like home! The vibe is very friendly the staff are too kind the director and her husband were very welcome! And the beach is Ouf we got tanned in the end of October 🥹

The pool and beach were amazing, lots of activities if you wish to join in e.g. aqua aerobics, stretch class, fire show and other entertainment throughout the day / evening. I would say 70% of the staff were absolutely lovely, some seemed to hate every second. I think they like you more if you’re French (that’s the vibe we got anyway).
The room was average. We went mid October and they turned the air con off despite it being 29 degrees. However, after a few discussions with staff they leant us a fan. The staff were really helpful when we arrived and the balcony door was broken, they allowed us to move rooms straight away.
The food was great to be honest. Most of it was really fresh and good variety. However 7pm is quite late for dinner and since they only had one restaurant on sight everyone barged in at once with long ques.
There’s not much to do in the evenings and the hotel is surrounded by other hotels. The drinks choice was poor, the wine was vile and the spirits and cocktails didn’t seem to have alcohol in. If you like a drink probably don’t come here.
Bring your own hair dryer and towel! You have to pay a €20 deposit for the hair dryer and the towels never dry.
Overall, the place was clean and we really enjoyed relaxing, playing tennis and meeting other guests. Most of the staff were lovely and really helpful. You get what you pay for

This review is to inform you that the bar only serves one drink per person. My parents are there, and their all-inclusive package now limits them to just one drink at the bar. I've never seen anything like this. It's disappointing, especially since they are a group of six people just looking to enjoy a relaxing evening. I do not recommend it. 👎👎

Overall a good hotel. Very good food. Better than other 3 star hotels. Lots of variety. Nice service. Clean. A few minor flaws:
No glasses. Only plastic cups. Even in the restaurant.
The restaurant is hot. There is air conditioning, but it is not enough or it is turned on too late.
Lots of people, so the pools are full. If you want to swim more, you can't.
But overall this hotel deserves a 4 star rating. It is underrated.

OK, clean and matches 3star rate. Has a smaller telly in the room than my smart car! Was very quiet in April and full of old people. Probably would not come back unless i feel the urge to find bingo exciting. But for a cheap get away, it was perfect. Several pools, one indoors. Food was on par for 3star. Restaurant turned into a local scrum down open to public on Saturday night. I'd suggest eating out at jasmine harbour or be prepared to fight for your food!
