Royal Nozha in Hammamet

The hotel amenities are of a good standard. Our room was spacious and excellent water pressure in the bathroom they were cleaned every day. There is a comfortable relaxed bar lounge if you like something a little more laid-back we’re excited to see the bowling Room area which opens up underneath the hotel a great space if the weather is not great. The hotel has a look of one that would be a lot more expensive. Eating: there are free main areas where we enjoyed eating. The main dining room itself was great because we kept our table for the whole day. As it was marked with our name and room number this avoided looking for a table or something we’ve experienced in other hotels. The food was exceptional for a four star. It was very varied and everything I tried was delicious. We did not eat very much by the pool but the food there looked good. We did however eat in the à la carte by the beach. The fish was our favourite dish. This was excellent and the staff were fantastic so kind. I would like to mention the head waiter by name but sadly I have forgotten. He was so welcoming and kind and was on the lookout on ways in which he could improve our experience. We also tried the pizza and burgers which you can order there outside of the à la carte and both were very good. We’re not big drinkers and only tried the wine and beer, which was above average for an all inclusive. The beach: we are total beach bums and spent all the sunny days there. A massive special thanks to Taz and Ash the lifeguards they were so kind and welcoming and made the effort to remember our names which must be difficult given how many people go to the beach. They always had some good advice for us of the local area and generally added to what felt like meeting friends when we would bring our towels to the beach. They are exceptional staff and a credit to the hotel. Some days they would do sweet things like put a basket of flowers on our table ready for us. It was nice touches like this. That really made us feel welcome. (They never expect a tip however recommend giving them one just to show your appreciation-this can be said for all of the staff that we had dealings with) Before coming, I noticed a negative review about People on the beach trying to sell some things in a pushy way. This was not our experience, there were people moving past offering to sell things but they never pushed and they moved on and it was an added treat to see a camel from time to time or some horses. The water sports is close and my partner enjoyed the jet skis. The location is good and to get to local attractions such as the Medinas and nothing is too far away and the prices of taxis are very reasonable. I think not only is this an excellent hotel, but the owners have really invested in some good staff. We arrived on friday afternoon, very tired, but we were welcomed, given a drink whilst the checkin process was sorted, very quick and efficient. This is not a massive hotel so does not appear to be over busy, this may be the time of year. However, all the staff are fantastic and cannot do enough for you. We had a couple of bad days of weather but can blame the hotel fo that though and the entertainment team ensured there were things to do. Gigi was brillint with my daughter wich was great, so thank you for that. The only down point for me and only minor, more could be done to keep the food a little hotter in the main resturant, food is good well cooked but gets cold quick even when one of the first one in, its a shame. Rooms are clean and sorted daily there is enough room in them, toilet a bathroom are seperate which is nice. Me and my daughter are flying home tomorrow, this was just a quick break for easter which we both enjoyed very much.

Absolutely brilliant !! 🤩 staff were spot on couldn’t of got a better team than Alphaaa, Gigi , Rico and Nino and slim ❤️ treated us very well and always had a good laugh on with them they’re a amazing team !! Have booked up to come back next year hope it’s the same team it’s the best one ever had on a holiday 🇹🇳

Just returned from a week at this hotel and this is an honest review… Let’s start with the bad, the cons the negatives………….. None. This hotel is absolutely fantastic, from the arrival you sign the paperwork required which dosnt take long and is very straightforward all doing so with the accompaniment refreshing cocktail, following this our room was ready and we went up to put or bags in, the rooms are lovely, all be it a little dated but that’s absolutely fine it serves a purpose and was nice and ambient. Down to lunch on the first day, and on the subject of food every day, the restaurant is varied each day and I didn’t eat the same thing twice! Food was cooked wonderfully the omelette station in the morning and pasta station at lunch and dinner was a nice touch! My birthday was on the 21st and the hotel and restaurant couldn’t have done any more for it! Was fantastic! The A la Carte once per stay was a lovely meal in the beach club which I would highly recommend. The pool. We were never out it, the poolside bar serves enough drinks to get you through your week without getting bored of the same stuff. The man who works in the hotel for excursions Faycal was great we booked quad biking and I can honestly say it was the trip of a lifetime, in fact that good we recommended it to a further three families who all booked and then re iterated my thoughts! Now we get the best part, the animation team. Mido and his team of Amine, Ndihn, Ala, Gigi and Dhousa were absolutely fantastic and made the hotel, from start to finish they made sure guests were happy and took time to sit with them and learn about them. The shows they put on were excellent and the in-house shows were even better!! Amine becoming a Celtic fan was brilliant for me! The staff in this hotel are absolutely wonderful they make it! And we will definitely return to the Hotel Royal Nozha.

Returned for a week at the beginning of the month. We had already been in July so we knew how amzing it would be....but it was even better this time, if that could be at all possible! All of the staff are very very friendly, from the reception team, restaurant waiters, bar waiters, pool staff, beach staff, security AND OF COURSE the animation team! Everything and everyone about this hotel makes it very special but as for the animation team, they are something else!! Always, always go above and beyond to make friends with everyone, make sure that everyone is having the best time ever, put on the best shows you'll ever see, laugh and joke and just be truly amazing and genuine. I hold a special place in my heart for each and every one of them! A big shout out to Amine, Gigi, Dousa, Ala, Mido & Nader......you guys are truly amazing! The effort you put into your shows, mixing with people, showing your passion for your jobs and just being yourselves is inspirational. Thank you all you guys! Love you & miss you xx

We returned in October after our 1st visit in May this year. The 1st time we’ve gone back to a hotel, because we enjoyed it so much the first visit. We’ve also booked for next October. It’s the staff that make this hotel - From the lifeguard to the general manager, they’re all amazing. A special shout out to the entertainment team - They’re outstanding. The hotel isn’t perfect but the staff more than compensate for some of the (very few) shortcomings. Food is great, and you have the same table in the restaurant for every meal. My wife says the Spa is also very good. We, like many other repeat visitors to this hotel, love it here.

This is a small, quiet hotel about an hour(ish) transfer from the airport. Plus points, it is a very clean hotel and all the staff were very friendly and can't do enough for you. The pool attendant is very friendly and will put fresh towels on your sun bed each day. A small 10d tip (about £2.50) every 3 days, showed our appreciation. Small tips to waiters and bar staff are always greatly appreciated and can be the difference between a glass or plastic cup for your drink strangely. lol. I should add, they don't look for tips, but are thankful when you do give them. Likewise, housekeeping do a great job and a few tips across the holiday doesn't go amiss as they don't get paid a lot. The animation team are great and put on entertaining shows. They were actually better than the external entertainment. Outside the hotel is very quiet with only a few tourist shops. Most are small shops who like to haggle prices. We found the shop across the road from hotel has fixed prices which were very reasonable, if you can't be bothered with the hassle of bargaining. Dining.. You are allocated a table when you arrive and that's you for holiday. We were sat quite close to a lovely German couple, but as we seemed to eat at different times it wasn't any issue. Food, okay...cakes great! The only downside of the holiday was the quality of the hotel drink (worst ever, and I've had bad) and the number of flies landing on you when sunbathing and eating outside. This has nothing to do with the hotel, but just be aware if you hate flies. Apparently, its seasonal. Would I go back? Yes. Probably 7 days max.
