Great service, friendly staff. Clean room and great amenities

Family favourite place. Great place to stay with famil and grind. Quite place, a lot of entertainment on site sit. International food to suit everyone around the day and mainly night, calm place to enjoy around the swimming pool.

Disadvantages: The bed sheets are very dirty and have blood stains, and there are short hairs on the pillows; there are water stains and bent hairs on the toilet seat. The bed feels very damp when you lie on it, so don't stay if you mind hygiene. Advantages: The front desk is very enthusiastic when checking in and out, the room has a balcony, and the hotel provides breakfast from 7 to 10 o'clock....

The staff was very kind & helpful. This was a very peaceful stay amid a very long journey for me. I needed this time here.

I am not sure if it's 5 star hotel as I've never been into one, but I can say that the hotel is very pretty, the rooms are big, clean and comfortable, the staff is very kind and ready to help, the food is nice and there's good variety for all the meals. I was sad to see that there is no gym inside but I had a very nice experience in the hotel.

A hotel as the name suggests is one that has big rooms and makes you feel like you're staying in luxury. The location is great and so is the staff.

Wonderful reception staff — they provided us with all the services we needed! The dining hall, the restaurant, great team, and the cleanliness were all as they should be. I think it’s a wonderful place.

Check in and check out was quick and efficient. Everyone was very friendly and I felt welcome. The rooms were very spacious and the kitchenette was an added bonus. I would return if I’m ever back in Tunis. Thanks to all of the staff

Breakfast, the cleanliness, and the location.

Close to train station, room overall is comfortable (we have to change room during our 3-night stay, as the 1st night was fully booked and we ended up in a room seems to be “pending for refurbishment” even though we booked months ago). And unfortunately we didn’t have hot water and WiFi on the 3rd night… so if no such things happened it’ll be a nicer stay

We stayed here because we needed somewhere not too expensive to stay for a couple of nights. The room was clean and spacious enough. I left a garment there and they very quickly located it and got in touch for me to collect it. The staff were very friendly and checked in with us to make sure we had all we need.

Hotel Residence Monia was a great place to stay in the centre of the city! It a good quiet location on a side alley, the staff were super friendly & helpful! Heaps of restaurants & cafes walking distance away. The room had good air con, hot water and comfy beds!

It was a nice appartment, spacious, clean and confortable. Its a dhame the full kitchen had no accessories whatsover, so the kitchen was usless.

I can't speak to what it's like to stay here, but I feel compelled to leave a review regardless. My wife sings here several times a week and of every hotel in Tunis this place has consistently the most genuinely friendly staff. Certainly they are well-trained professionally, but the warmth is palpable and not just for show. Very much appreciate them.

Hotel is very well located, just a stone's throw from the beach. It has a private beach exclusively for guests. I would definitely come back again, and the staff were top-notch. The only minor drawback was that I booked full board, but drinks weren't included with meals. A bit strange, I thought. First, it should be noted that the hotel is actually across a road from the beach. However, it does have its own private beach. For a four-star resort hotel costing nearly 2000 RMB per night, the facilities are truly disappointing. This is an amazing hotel! We had an amazing holiday! The restaurant, swimming pool and animation workers in special, they work really hard to make your holiday nice. The rooms are not bad just a little bit old. Value for money. Very cheap hotel, but good people and good service. We've spent there 8 days (July 2019). Me and my wife along with our little son are so delightful being guest in this hotel. Shortly after arrived we are being pleased welcoming with manager of hotel who offering us a room straight away despite we've been too earlier to check in. Room was cleaned . We had a wonderful stay at Charmilles. The pools were so nice. I loved that the indoor pool was heated. Do not listen to the review left just before I just stayed for a week at momo and Lili's nothing she says is true the place is clean and well appointed the photos shown are not real, I don't know where she found these photos. I think she just wanted to scrape together free nights. Come discover this atypical, calm place which will allow you to relax.
