Kozanoğluhan Butik Otel in Alacati

Year 2020. Two young people are employed as staff. Unprofessional, reckless & unfriendly. Breakfast came 20 min. later, although nothing was going on. The breakfast was zero quality. The cheese was like rubber and tasted like nothing. It was so cheap it wasn't cheese anymore. In breakfast there was hair, eyelashes and leftover sesame seeds. Did we get the leftovers from other guests!? Since the tables were only cleared after an hour, even though the guests were already gone, the cats fed on the tables and threw salami on the chairs. These chairs were never wiped, of course. If you wanted tea, you had to repeat yourself at least 3 times. Cause the 2 children as waiters forgot it. Or they just didn't care. Instead, they stood at the reception and talked to the receptionist. There were no fresh towels. When asked for towels, they said that there were no fresh ones left. How can something like that happen in a hotel for days? Then you have to buy new ones !? The floor was never mopped, our feet were always dirty right after the shower. Of course there was no doormat for the shower either. Nobody felt responsible for complaints. This hotel is a complete disaster !! Far too expensive for zero service. In turkish we would say: "Paranla rezil oluyorsun!" This is exactly the case here. Choose an expensive hotel, it will still be cheaper and more sophisticated than Ala Hotel. I travel for private and business at least 30 times a year, I've never seen a worse hotel than that !! Even cheap pensions are of higher quality than this Ala hotel. How does Ala Hotel base its price? Who writes these fake positive reviews? It looks nicer in the photos than it is. Pool is way too small, rooms are way too small and cramped. On the whole, a disaster! I took the time to write this long text because my vacation was really ruined with this disaster hotel. Therefore we left this hotel early and booked a great hotel. I did something like this for the first time in my life that I left a hotel early.
