If you’re looking to stay in a tiny room this hotel is good for you . The rooms are tiny no place for luggage’s or to move . Sad to say our stay here was not pleasent and we ended up leaving a day early . After paying a lot for our room and getting a tiny room . We went to the restaurant to order some food and we got a “fruit plate “ that had 4 slices watermelon and two slices of bread for 710 liras . The waters in the room are not free . Everything is a money grab . And when we asked the guy at front desk to help us with our luggage’s he said we don’t offer bell boy services . And watched us struggled as he was just sitting on his phone . U can find many other hotels around same price point that are better .

When I asked the reason why, the room was canceled due to air conditioning failure (even though I found that I could not find another hotel in Alaçatı on Saturday evening, because I knew it would be very expensive), I said that I wanted to stay in a room without air conditioning, the friend at the reception told me that the masters He replied that he was there and that they were repairing on Saturday evening, when I asked what to do; He conveyed that they would not help, I was a victim because I was planning my holiday budget and the room charge was taken from my credit card and I had to return to Izmir.
