I was working here as a receptionist at the beginning of last April. When I started the job, everything looked fine, but after a while, when the season started working conditions turned really bad, but I did know that I'm going to work here for a while I kept working, but this while I was feeling bad about the place.

However, before I started the job, we had an interview with the manager. We had a deal about raising at the beginning of the summer(June). -Which is really common- Then just 1 day before they came to me and told me we won't apply a raise to your salary. I asked them why? They told me their board had decided not to apply for a salary raise. I told them I couldn't accept that, we had a deal for the salary raise before I started. I felt like they were scamming all those people who works for them. But I had to work for a living, so even though I was feeling like scammed, I kept working. But I never stopped asking them about salary raise. Cause when I told them I couldn't accept that board decision, they told me we would ask them for your situation, but they never asked. They just told me that for earning time....

Also, the boss is such a disrespectful person. When he was feeling anger or something like that. He was cursing to people who works for him. However, one day (7th of August), the boss came from the office to the hotel to park his car. (Yes, as a receptionist, we were responsible for the parking area) his area was parked by another car for charging. There is only one plug, and this plug was placed near his park area. We had to charge Tesla car here. He saw that and he came to the lobby, he said: didn't you know this place is my park area why there is a car in my park area? I said: we had to park here cause of the car's brand, it's working by electricity. He didn't accept my explanation, and he started to yell and curse me. I said to him, "Be respectful. You can't curse me, " he said." What if I would not be respectful?" I said,"Nothing". Then, he continues to yell and curse. While he was yelling and cursing our hotel manager was there, she saw and heard what he said bur she was trying to calm me. I was quite calm. Even he crosed the line of respect.

This is what happened to me in this hotel. If you are planning to work there or stay there, please take a look there and decide wisely, especially if you are going to work here.
