Very good hotel, complete facilities, good staff, but the receptionist service is very complicated and takes a long time... it really wastes time for group travelers who want to check in.

I went to the spa for my birthday with my friends for a day of relaxation and we were given the Turkish bath and I must say the is experience was out of this world! The ladies that gave us the massage were so nice and very patient! We completely loved it and if we come back to this area we are definitely doing this again!

the mattress is not good and concave. the shower button is hard so it is difficult to change the shower water. I have informed the hotel but they still did not come and only came the next day. on the last day the hot water was not on

A homely, boutique hotel that is run by a fantastic team - a special mention goes to the chef who makes fresh, traditional food daily and the reception team. Room cleaning could have been a little better.

Everything was fine. My only suggestion is to put the hotel restaurant menu in the rooms. Although the prices were normal for the area, we unfortunately did not hear about it until the last day. We would also like to thank the entire team. Quality is quality everywhere.

Great location and very friendly staff. The breakfast and dinner buffet is excellent. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because the a/c system didn’t work well during our stay despite multiple reports and attempts from the staff to make it work.

This was the nicest and most modern Hotel of the seven I stayed at in Turkey during our 10 day tour. The rooms are very clean, and fairly spacious, they have a nice overall outdoor pool area with Hot Springs. We were pleased with this low rise hotel. A large well appointed room and excellent hotel buffet. We would have liked to have used the pool but we were there out of pool season. It was about a 15 largely traffic free minute walk to cafes and supermarkets.

We only visited Avanos for a day trip and stepped by the patisserie - what a wonderful and cosy place! Great location. The owner was so kind, hospitable and we had a great conversation. The coffee was really top quality and we had the best honey cake ever!! Can’t recommend this place enough!
