Very good hotel, complete facilities, good staff, but the receptionist service is very complicated and takes a long time... it really wastes time for group travelers who want to check in.

I went to the spa for my birthday with my friends for a day of relaxation and we were given the Turkish bath and I must say the is experience was out of this world! The ladies that gave us the massage were so nice and very patient! We completely loved it and if we come back to this area we are definitely doing this again!

the mattress is not good and concave. the shower button is hard so it is difficult to change the shower water. I have informed the hotel but they still did not come and only came the next day. on the last day the hot water was not on

But they are catering to a lot of people from various countries so I understand that not everyone can be happy. The rooms were not clean. Came as part of Turkey tour group and stayed 2 nights for balloon ride. Location is pretty far from Avanos town center- closest interesting point is Han restaurant and Venessa Ceramic Center. Room is cozy sizewise and "romantically" lit- which would have been fine for bedroom but terrible for bathroom. Room cleaning could have been a little better.

Everything was fine. My only suggestion is to put the hotel restaurant menu in the rooms. Although the prices were normal for the area, we unfortunately did not hear about it until the last day. We would also like to thank the entire team. Quality is quality everywhere.

i love to stay at hilton. The food! finally i can eat the food. I ate indomie 4 days in a row because i couldn’t swallow the foods from the previous hotels and restaurants and finally.. i could eat some food here.. so grateful for the food.. however due to the central AC, our room feels like we were at a sauna, it is impossible to turn the AC for cool air. so we just opened the window so we can sleep...

Great location and very friendly staff. The breakfast and dinner buffet is excellent. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because the a/c system didn’t work well during our stay despite multiple reports and attempts from the staff to make it work.

This was the nicest and most modern Hotel of the seven I stayed at in Turkey during our 10 day tour. The rooms are very clean, and fairly spacious, they have a nice overall outdoor pool area with Hot Springs. The food was very average considering how nice the hotel was, so I found that surprising and we scheduled a Turkish Bath experience that could’ve been much better. I was a little disappointed...

The hotel was okay. Rooms were comfortable enough. A 3 star based on North American standards. Dinner and breakfast buffets were fine. There was a convenience store across the street and an ATM in the hotel next door. It's around a 15 - 20 mins drive to the hot air balloons and Goreme Open Air Museum. It's a 25 minute walk to the town centre and shops, or a 150TL taxi (about CAD$6). Avanos is cute...

I happen to stay here 2 nights as a part of a tour group. Hotel is nice with comfortable bed, pillows and good functional washroom. We also had dinner at the hotel. Food was very good. We were pleased with this low rise hotel. A large well appointed room and excellent hotel buffet. We would have liked to have used the pool but we were there out of pool season. It was about a 15 largely traffic free minute walk to cafes and supermarkets.

This was a good experience. The room was comfortable in size. The linen and toiletries were adequately good. Sleep quality was OK. The breakfast spread was large and tasty. The staff was helpful although language caused a problem at times.

The breakfast was very poor. That's why we had breakfast outside on the second day. There are hotels that offer much better breakfasts for a similar price. The hotel is nice in terms of structure and location, but unfortunately it did not justify the price.

This boutique hotel is a hidden gem in Cappadocia! Location is great next to the river and close to all the touristic attractions in cappadocia. Staying at Avanos was an experience out of this world. The room was extremely well equipped to cook and it was immaculately clean. It’s a great place for the 1 night i took there is a fast and free wifi for each room there is a free breakfast there and nice jacuzzi and there is two terrace and a nice view with balloons from windows from 4:00 to 7:30

Mahir is an amazing host and friend to his guests, beautiful hotel in the best city in Cappadocia. The views of the balloons are of course nice in Goreme, but if you want to experience real Turkish life and learn the culture you must come to Zuwinasa!! The place is cozy and comfortable, Sana is a diligent and friendly host. A nice choice as a traditional Cappadocian accommodation type.

It’s all about the host and the lovely connection I had with her from the get go. She called, asked about my status, when I was to arrive, after messaging me when I booked the room to thank me. Only stayed here one night but it was fantastic and Sana is an incredibly accomodating host. Very much preferred staying in such a wonderful guesthouse in Avanos than something similar in Goreme, especially as we had a car and could easily get around. Could not recommend more
