The hotel description advertised an outdoor pool, but when we went to the hotel, they told us the pool was closed.
They wouldn't refund our payment.
We tried for six hours and couldn't figure anything out.

After my stay, one thought comes to mind:  Come on Hilton, you can do better than this!!  Rude service and rundown rooms.

The location of this hotel is extremely remote.  There is nothing within walking distance.

Upon reaching the floor the very first thing you'll notice is that it severely reeks of perfume.  It smells as if someone threw it all over the walls and the floor - it is SUPER strong.  If you have any allergies, or at all sensitive to smells, this is definitely not it.

Inside the room it doesn't deplete at all and is still reeks so strong. After being in the room for a couple hours, and with the window open, you can tell that reeks in an effort to  cover the stench of something else.

For my door the maintenance man wanted to give me attitude.  For my particular room the lock on the door did not work and immediately had to have maintenance called.  They try to tell me that I didn't need the bottom lock and that the one that opens a bit before it catches was okay for a solo single female.  I'm sorry, but WHAT? I explain that was not sufficient enough. To which he gave me an obvious deep sigh in a role of his eyes like he was too bother to do his job. It is obvious that work had been done on the door lock recently.

The room that I had on the 4th floor was very dated and abused. There's carpet in the bedroom part of the room (Make sure to wear your slippers or socks) and marble in the bathroom and entryway.

The rooms are decorated with a built-in couch, and (for me) a broken chair for a small desk. There is a mini fridge but no mini bar.  There is a lamp with major water damage and so old it has obvious  discoloration on the shade. Slippers and a single robe are provided but the robe tie is just a cut up towel!! It was so pathetic and made me bust out laughing and I just had to take a photo.

The shower head hasn't been cleaned since it was installed and sprays is all over the place.

The dinner was okay but breakfast was underwhelming.  Servers were rude at breakfast service. An example, I asked the server for çay (tea) and he pointed and said have that in a saucer.  When I just watched the server serving it in typical glass at the table next to me not 2 mins before and after.  They try to say he didn't speak English however he spoke perfect English to me to tell me to go use a saucer. There was a young girl with shoulder cup Bob that couldn't have been nicer and more pleasant she didn't speak any English but she did her best to work for our table.

If staying in the area there are far more hotels to select from.  There's no way this is five star and I would not stay here again.

We didn’t stay at the hotel but booked a Spa appointment for two people for my partner’s birthday, and unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.

We booked a 30-minute massage plus a 20-minute Turkish bath for 85€ per person, confirmed our 5pm appointment via WhatsApp, and even arrived early at 4pm. To our surprise when we arrived, the person I talked to at the front desk as well as on WhatsApp claimed they thought we weren’t coming.

We ended up waiting for 30 minutes, most likely because they had canceled our confirmed reservation. To compensate, we were given a clay mask while we waited.

My partner had a good massage, but my experience was far from relaxing. The masseuse who worked on me either didn’t want to be there or didn’t know how to properly give a massage. What I received felt more like a light, random rub, leaving me with more tension than when I arrived.

My partner’s masseuse kindly gave me a quick massage afterward to relieve the tension caused, but I still left feeling very uncomfortable. Given the premium price for this service in the region, I expected much better.

Overall, the experience didn’t live up to the expectations, and I wouldn’t recommend it based on my experience.
