The hotel provided too little water, and when I asked for more, they only gave one extra bottle. I was really thirsty.

We drove to the hotel, and the traffic was quite convenient. The hotel entrance is a one-way street. It's not far from the attractions in Goreme town, and there's parking available at the entrance. The location is fantastic, right in the town of Göreme, making it super convenient for hot air balloon rides and visiting attractions. By far one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about Cappadocia, they gave me all the information I needed to know including the tours. They also offer the best breakfast with a variety of options.

Amazing hotel to anyone travelling to Gerome Cappadocia. Whilst I was reviewing the comments before i booked the hotel, true to it's rating i was to see it myself. The room was a very comfotable size with comfortable furnature. The staff were also friendly. But... the toilet was constantly running, making a little river to the drain with a little puddle in the middle. The toilet seat slid off very easily. The showerhead holder was broken, so the showerhead had to be shoved between the pipe and the wall just to stop it from hanging down.

We were 7 guests, our original stay here was 3 nights but we checked out immediately after 1 night. The room was hot, the toilet smelled, one of my family members got diarrhea because of the breakfast. The room was dirty. Even though we didn't stay at the Azalea Terrace, we discovered the hotel through their dog Hector, whom we were kindly allowed to take along on our hikes. Came to Cappadocia to see the hot air balloons, and after reading the reviews, I decided this hotel was a good choice. After staying here, I can confirm it lives up to its reputation. It's very clean and the service is excellent; they even carried my luggage to my room.

Hotel room does not have tv which they claim they have. Aircond not working. Fan don’t have remote control. Suggest stay at other better option hotel as hotel reception is inflexible. Not recommended. They act a bit arrogant to us.

The cave hotel has spacious and clean rooms, which makes you excited. The breakfast is also delicious. There are lavender fields and swings. The people are very kind. I arrived by night bus, and although it was before check-in, I was able to take a free shower near the lobby.

Small hotel with perfect rooftop to overlook the beautiful Gerome’s views,  especially when the hot air balloon flies. Unfortunately, when we stayed here, all balloons were cancel due to the weather. The breakfast is outstanding and staff  are helpful.

We spent 3 days at the Mosaic Cave Hotel and it was such an amazing experience. I have been here on April 2025 on a couple trip - 3 nights overall. I loved the place but most of all I loved the people and the staff, who makes you feel welcomed and at ease: they are kind, supportive and they really try to help you and make your staying better any way they can. Had a fantastic three days at Adelya where we were made to feel welcome. The location was great with everything walkable, and we could park right outside. Our cave room (5) was superb, very quiet and comfortable, didn't need the heater even in November. The breakfast was superb and the staff eager to help with arranging balloon trips and tips on where to go. Would stay there again.
