You advertise a pool, yet you offer a small pool to 200 people, with no sunbeds or seating.
You finish breakfast at 9:30.

The rooms are small.

The shower in the bathroom is broken.

The air conditioner wind can't be adjusted and hits your head directly.

People get lost from the reception desk until they get to Block B. There are no directional signs.
We got off the elevator at least three times and couldn't find our way.

The network connection sucks . You have to pay everyday for extra WiFi .
The room they gave us was dirty and the first day this thing on the toilet fell down thank god it was not heavy it was plastic paper (thick one) I’m on the third day here and they haven’t picked it up(cleaning service comes everyday / they only bring towels to shower and not for hands)
Inside the corridor it smells humidity and I can’t easily breathe.
Super sad experience

The hygiene of the rooms were quite poor, breakfast was the only meal that has okay meals but most of the meat products are from chicken which is not very ideal for a 5 star hotel. Dinner gave me and all of my friends nausea so we never ate dinner at hotel again. Location of the hotel is good.

The worst hotel I have ever been too. The room had a broken ac, safe, and shower. We could not sleep in the extreme heat but it took them two hours to send an electrician who was not able to fix the ac. The hair dryer was also malfunctioning and unusable. When we requested for a different room, they told us that they would help us in the morning, forcing us to spend the night with a broken ac. We were told that this hotel had free WiFi but we were disappointed to find out that it was extremely slow. Not only that, but the Starbucks in the hotel, barely had any drink option and the hot coffees were served quite cold. Finally, the food was inedible and seemed like it was days old. The service was okay but the employees were unable to speak English so communication was hard especially when we faced multiple problems with our room. The only good thing about this hotel was the Starbucks WiFi.
