Very good hotel, complete facilities, good staff, but the receptionist service is very complicated and takes a long time... it really wastes time for group travelers who want to check in.

I went to the spa for my birthday with my friends for a day of relaxation and we were given the Turkish bath and I must say the is experience was out of this world! The ladies that gave us the massage were so nice and very patient! We completely loved it and if we come back to this area we are definitely doing this again!

the mattress is not good and concave. the shower button is hard so it is difficult to change the shower water. I have informed the hotel but they still did not come and only came the next day. on the last day the hot water was not on

Amazing location riverside! The amenities and facilities very good. Meals (breakfast and dinner) were basic. But they are catering to a lot of people from various countries so I understand that not everyone can be happy. The rooms were not clean. Great location and very friendly staff. The breakfast and dinner buffet is excellent. The only reason I gave them 3 stars is because the a/c system didn’t work well during our stay despite multiple reports and attempts from the staff to make it work.

This was the nicest and most modern Hotel of the seven I stayed at in Turkey during our 10 day tour. The rooms are very clean, and fairly spacious, they have a nice overall outdoor pool area with Hot Springs. The hotel was okay. Rooms were comfortable enough. A 3 star based on North American standards. Dinner and breakfast buffets were fine. There was a convenience store across the street and an ATM in the hotel next door. It's around a 15 - 20 mins drive to the hot air balloons and Goreme Open Air Museum. We were pleased with this low rise hotel. A large well appointed room and excellent hotel buffet. We would have liked to have used the pool but we were there out of pool season. It was about a 15 largely traffic free minute walk to cafes and supermarkets.

The room was clean and totally different than the usual hotel room, for a full immersion into the cappadocia journey. The staff was always ready whenever we needed. The only heating is via the air conditioner, which can't warm the entire room. No one turns anything on in advance. The room Ac was really almost non functional. Given how hot the temperature was I wish they have better AC system. Infact the 2nd bedroom had nothing to keep you cool. Well located hotel, great staff, very good breakfast and dinner buffet it even have a Hamami and an inner pool . The one located outside is big and there’s a bar right by the pool area. The rooms are clean and confortable. Very fair price, but it definitely is not a five star hotel, neither the prices which are very affordable. So, you get what you pay for.

Dinler Hotel Urgup Mehmet Dinler Bulvari, Urgup , Cappadocia We spent two nights over here. The rooms are very clean and the mattresses are sooo comfortable. Their buffets are lavish. Both, for breakfasts and dinners. We had a minor issue in the toilet, as the flush was not functioning. In seconds, maintenance was at the door, to fix the problem.
