I read reviews saying it was the best hotel, but the shower hose was a mess, and the room reeked of cigarette smoke. The mattress was so soft and spongy that it was difficult to get a good night's sleep. There was parking, but it was very cramped. The breakfast was surprisingly good, with a wide selection. In conclusion, it wasn't worth the price.

We were greeted politely and explained everything. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and there was a kettle, coffee, and tea in the room. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of shower products. The soap was foamy, and the room smelled nice. Cons: The plumbing was tired and needed some attention. The included breakfast was fantastic! A huge selection, buffet-style, and delicious. The price-quality ratio was excellent.
The location is great, with attractions just minutes away, and there's on-site parking.

Have to change room twice because the electronic locks can't be locked. The breakfast buffet has the most variety I had encountered.

Within easy walking distance of the train station, castle and old town. Very friendly staff who spoke English. We went to the restaurant for dinner. Great service and food.

The lack of parking beds at the hotel made us tired at night.

The staff was great and provided good service and assistance. The location is very convenient and close to city center. The only thing that took us by surprise was the cost of the laundry, nearly $11, which is extremely high even for Europe and the US!

Great hotel and brilliant location. Everything is new, beautifully designed and very comfortable. We had the pleasure of meeting Omer, one of the owners, who was incredibly hospitable and friendly. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and we really enjoyed the view of the castle from our window! The hotel has safe parking (we were able to park our motorcycles) which was an added bonus. And the breakfast is on another level - amazing selection of everything. Highly recommended! We hope to return!
