Hotel Zade in Erzurum

I had such a wonderful stay at Otel Zade in Erzurum. From the very first moment, the front desk staff welcomed us warmly and even offered complimentary welcome drinks like coffee, which was a lovely touch. The hotel is extremely clean and hygienic, which really stood out for me. They also provided thoughtful amenities like toothbrush and toothpaste sets, as well as a shaving kit and an in-room safe box.

Even though no rooms were available online, I contacted them on WhatsApp, and they kindly arranged two rooms for us right away such an amazing level of support. The manager personally greeted us with a warm welcome, making us feel truly valued as guests.

Overall, a safe, spotless, and very hospitable place to stay in Erzurum. Highly recommended.

comfortable rooms on a good location in the city centre and we loved the sustainability policy of this hotel. Separated garbage bins in the hall and refillable shampoo- and douche jell bottles in the spacious bathroom.

We stayed in this hotel for a night to rest for our journey to our country Iran. We appreciate the personnel to be kind and respectful. We enjoyed a very delicious breakfast too

Rooms are clean and comfortable .breakfast is excellent with a variety of cheese, drinks, olives, jam. The hotel personels are very polite and have friendly behavior .the hotel is in city center and you can access every places like museums and markets.

Very nice and quiet place with helpful staff. They provide perfect breakfast with many traditional turkish items. It's really close to the centre and all the tourist destinations. If you have a personal car, parking can be tricky. Really enjoyed!
