There were some brief power outages, but other than that we had no problems. The food was satisfying, including hot meals. I was impressed by the cityscape of Erzurum.

Nişanlımı ziyaret etmek için sürekli Erzurum’a yolum düşüyor. Rahat etmek için otelde kalıyorum şehir merkezine yakın olması, temizliği, hizmeti, güler yüzü sebebiyle tercih ediyorum. 2 seyahat yaptım. 3. Seyahatte yakında yine tercihim burası olacak.

It perfectly meets my needs. The hotel was cleaner than I expected, and the staff was very attentive. I was very pleased. I'm planning my second trip and have chosen this hotel again. You can easily handle your business in the city center. It's close to everything. It's in a convenient location for business trips. I hope to see you again in September.

The reception was friendly. The breakfast was very good. The woman working there took care of each and every customer. I definitely recommend it. The cleaning was not very good. It is strange that the rooms open directly onto the fire escape. Other than that, everything was very good.

It was careless. Breakfast was very late and very short, so I couldn't have it. The room was very dusty. The trash can was broken and wouldn't open. The mirror was broken. The wall was broken. The shower head bracket was broken. The television wouldn't turn on. There was no Wi-Fi. I called and asked numerous times, but they just brushed it off and didn't fix it. There was no Wi-Fi on any floor. It wasn't hot, so I closed the windows, but the last noise on the street from cars was disturbing.

Very friendly and kind staff. There was a problem with my room key which caused a beeping noise in the morning, but they took care of it immediately.
Breakfast is decent. The room is spacious and clean.
There are many restaurants in the neighborhood and a taxi stand is nearby. Overall this is a very nice place to stay in Erzurum.

The room was so tiny and cold (we traveled in early Nov). We asked the receptionist to turn on the heating system and he said it would be turned on automatically in the evening, however, that was a lie, and spent a cold night with a 1 year-old kid in that hotel. Also, the shower does not have a full glass or curtain and whenever we take a shower it gets all wet over the toilet floor. I don't get why this hotel has a bunch of good reviews when it is a disgusting place.

The staff were truly attentive and respectful. The room was generally clean, with some minor flaws remaining. I slept comfortably at night, and the temperature was good. I didn't experience any discomfort. When I went down for breakfast, the gentleman on duty greeted me warmly, saying, "We were expecting our first guest." The breakfast was filling and delicious. The tea was also enjoyable, as I look for good tea everywhere, and I especially noted the quality of the tea. Thanks to all the staff. This is a hotel I'll choose for my next business trip. It's centrally located and away from the noise. There are plenty of food and beverage outlets, patisseries, and cafes nearby. There are also plenty of car rentals on this street. Thank you, Rafo Hotel staff.

It is a business that I left satisfied with, but the sound insulation of the rooms needs to be improved, the sounds from the street can be disturbing.
