Great spot for a ski trip. The hotel is right at the entrance, super convenient and easy access to everything. Rooms were clean, warm, and comfortable, and the staff was genuinely friendly.
Big shoutout to Erdal, Ömer, and Mehmet for the great hospitality, and special thanks to Hakan at the ski rental—very helpful, smooth, and professional.
Solid experience overall. Would definitely come back 👍

Yearly visitor at Palandöken, I used to go to another hotel here; first time trying Balsoy and will go to Balsoy from now on.
Service is the greatest I have received, everyone is super attentive, helpful, and friendly. We had breakfast and dinner here, they have a huge buffet for both with great selections, free water, juice, tea, and coffee.
Rooms are very good, only tiny complaints; doors bang loudly when let go which is audible across floors and the dust is more than average. Dust is understandable and easily aired out by leaving the window open.

Everything was nice , the staff served 24/7 with respect, the food was really good , the hotel is in 5 minutes walk away from the ski resort but you have free transport for the resort if you get a room , i would absolutely recommend going to this hotel

Friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast and good location. They also have a ski rental place, the staff over there were really cool and nice.

Had an absolutely outstanding stay at the Balsoy. Really enjoyed being close to the center of Erzurum, but far enough from the city center enjoy a peaceful mountain setting. The accommodations were top notch, and the breakfast buffet was expansive. Our daughter (2 year old) loved the cozy lobby. Finally Mr Emrah was an outstanding host and told us a lot about Erzurum and the surrounding area.

Great Hotel, great service, very kind people. Emrah can is restaurant manager, he helped us sooo much for our next steps travelling by car to turkmenistan! Thank you Emrah!!! One of our best hotels we visited in turkia!

I spent 8 days at the Balsoy hotel in Palandoken. The location is perfect and all the areas of the hotel are very comfortable. The staff is extremely kind and I want to leave a special thanks to Mr. Emrah, who was so kind to go to the village to buy me a drug that I needed and was super friendly and available during my all stay. Definitely recommended.
