A real find! We travel a lot, but we've never seen a hotel with such an atmosphere and beautiful grounds, both on the seashore and in the mountains. It's very comfortable that the hotel is quiet and there's no noise from children. There's an interesting program in the evenings, and the food is excellent! There are two pools, one with seawater, and they're never crowded, so there's plenty of room for everyone. The rooms are comfortable. The only downside is the inexpensive silicone pillows, which aren't exactly soft. The ground floors have their own terrace, while the second floor just has a small balcony. To avoid being disturbed by the music during concerts, it's best to stay in the buildings up to room 15. I highly recommend this hotel!

I'd like to express my gratitude to all the staff at this hotel for a wonderful vacation! Everything was thought out down to the last detail. We arrived at 6:30 a.m. and were already settled into our room by 8:30 a.m. The cleanliness, decor, and amenities of our room immediately relaxed us and set a positive mood. The design was pleasant, the bed was very comfortable, the quality toiletries were plentiful, there was a kettle with tea and coffee, and all sorts of goodies. Two boats sailed to the beach, which departed almost immediately, and we were there in 5-7 minutes. The beach was clean, and all the staff served us discreetly, yet seemed to anticipate our needs. Towels were available in abundance. The bar was excellent. Our birthday party on the beach began in the morning with a bucket containing a bottle of champagne. After lunch, around 3:30 p.m., there were mini concerts. The food at the hotel was excellent. The quality, taste, and quantity—everything was top-notch. I'd especially like to highlight the work and warmth of Chef Perizat, who works the evening service counter in the center of the main restaurant. I was lucky to have asked her for help at the very beginning of our vacation and received expert guidance in choosing salads to go with my main course. Considering I never eat salads at all-inclusive restaurants, I was amazed by the taste and variety on offer here. And without Perizat, I wouldn't have figured it out. There are fantastic concerts in the evenings. The waiters fly between the tables, fulfilling the guests' wishes.

We've stayed at many Rixos hotels, as well as similar ones, so we can give a fairly fair review. We liked the lack of a central building where the rooms are located. Each room is located in a separate villa and has its own entrance. There's a sense of privacy everywhere, but if you're in the mood for conversation, the staff will be happy to help. All guests are very happy and friendly. There's no shortage of anything. Not during reception, not even while searching for a sunbed. You can invite friends from a yacht nearby and spend time at the hotel; they'll pay à la carte, but everything is very inexpensive. We especially liked the service on the secret beach. The guys who work there have their own unique beach atmosphere, and we're very grateful to them. We wanted to return again and again. They are Rezzak, Ufuk, and Aslan. I hope I spell their names correctly. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone; the atmosphere of relaxation is in everything here. But still you can find something new every day, like we found Starbucks on our only 5th day 👌

Like almost all Rixos hotels, this is a beautiful hotel on the Aegean Sea. It offers private rooms and villas, and all-inclusive service. One special feature is the fact that you have to take a shuttle boat to the beach. It's a short ride, about 7 minutes, and the shuttles run constantly. However, it's essentially a separate location on the map, which isn't always convenient. Otherwise, the service is excellent, the food delicious, and everything you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. Accommodations can be booked for 2 nights or more.

Everything was perfect as usual!
The staff were very polite and friendly.
The most special one was Ms. Sevilay at the reception following the guest relations services , who was very energic with positive vibes,
Regarding the amneties , I think that “body lotion” is missing and has to be added.

The hotel is located in a very beautiful bay. You need to get to the beach by boat, but it's even nice. The food is not bad. We wanted to thank Mizer, the manager, who helped us find the missing suitcase. A very professional employee! What was completely disappointing was the weak competence of the girls at the reception, who did not solve a single issue. But what was disappointing was the outright rudeness of the GULAY employee, who openly spoke rudely and snapped. When I asked to find out where the ferry from Fethiye leaves from and to order a transfer, she told me that this was not her job description. I don't even know what her job description is then. It seems to me that such an unqualified employee has no place in a five-star hotel. Clients pay for a five-star hotel to receive service, not rudeness. Here the employee sits talking on the phone, ignoring me completely, although there is no one at the reception.

The room is nice, the environment is OK, the service is average. When we went there, it was the Christmas off-season, there were not many people and waiters, so the service could not keep up. The breakfast was good.

Room in block 28, fantastic. Mostly lovely staff, Carin was particularly helpful to us in arranging a wheelchair for us to get into town. Pool and beach areas great and waiting staff very good. Staff in People's restaurant in evening not very helpful and we're quite rude, no tip for them !! Our room was kept lovely and clean and the gardens were immaculate. Guests relations guy was again v helpful in sorting out a leak in our bathroom while we got on with our evening. Overall a great holiday.

We stayed in Village 28 which was a very central location for all amenities. We regularly used the shuttle boat to the secret beach which was a lovely location. We never had to wait longer than 5 minutes for the boat there or back. You had the choice of a kebab snack or a meal in the Azur Restaurant where again the food was excellent. Sunbeds were also readily available although not always at the waterfront.
We did the free boat trip twice which was great, we stopped in slightly different locations each time for a swim. There were 3 swim stops each time. It was a very relaxing morning.
The swimming pool was nice and clean. Sunbeds always available no matter what time in the day you went.
People's restaurant was great for both lunch and dinner although you had to book for dinner which was fine. Food was of a very high standard and always beautifully presented. The buffet had a nice variety of food but we preferred having a waiter served meal at night. The variety of drinks was excellent. The breakfast was good but service was slow to get coffees, maybe a self service machine would have been better.
We felt the entertainment at night could have been more varied.
Overall an excellent holiday.
