Everything about this hotel is perfect. Firstly from walking in reception you are made to feel at home....every single one of the staff are fantastic..melis is a huge credit to the hotel along with mehmet on the beach hes so nice and helpful...the alacarte night is beautiful and the waiter who we named manuel made our night even better he is lovely....The hotel is spotless lovely and cannot fault it in anyway....oh an the drinks are very good..a big thankyou seastar you and all the team are perfect

We had a brilliant time at Sea Star. The hotel and our room were spotless which is a big thing for me personally. The location was the selling point for us and did not disappoint, we were right on the beach and the hotel has its own jetty which was great. The lifeguard, Mehmet, is an absolute credit to the hotel, he made sure only hotel guests used the beach sun loungers and jetty and kept the toilets locked and clean for guests. After a few days once he got to know us he would keep us sun beds reserved in our favourite spot. The sun beds were also large and very comfortable. The staff on the whole were lovely, shoutout to Görkem (hopefully I’ve spelt that correctly) in the bar, he was great. One thing that we did find though was that we were ignored during the first few days at meals for drinks orders etc and only once we had tipped the service then completely changed. We noticed a huge tipping culture, which of course is to be expected, but we were disappointed we had to tip in order to receive the good service and not the other way around, and felt pressure to tip immediately. The food was always fresh and hot, however by the end of the 2 week holiday we ended up eating out a few times due to the repetitiveness and lack of variety. The breakfast was awful, it consisted of salad and hard boiled eggs, as well as some generic cereal and ‘omelette’ which was more of a frittata it was so over cooked. No decent breakfast meats or pastries. Simple croissants would have made a huge difference, as well as some better egg options. We rarely ate breakfast during our stay. Dinner also became boring with the same dips and rotation of meals each night. The best night was the Turkish themed night they did once a week, I think this should be done more often as it was by far the best evening. The a la carte menu and food was lovely though, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Muahammer was very attentive and kind and the kitchen made a special cake for my partner’s birthday. Overall we had an excellent holiday and would stay here again, but maybe for less time due to the food variety letting it down.

Just returned from a fabulous holiday at this lovely hotel. From check in to check out we thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Just what we wanted, a relaxing holiday and time to chill. We had a double room on the 5th Floor (top floor) 518 which was more to the beach end of the hotel, which in our view was perfect for us. The room was clean and spotless our lovely lady cleaner was a delight, nothing was to much trouble, we found the bed firm, but was sorted out with a mattress topper, wish I could remember her name. The food whilst not a large selection, we always found something that suited us, and here we had a waiter who looked after our every needs, Mahmut you were awesome mate, thank you. The grill area we always found something tasty, breakfast, lunch, and at dinner. No saving beds here, plenty to go around, weather at the pool, or on the lovely beach area, where we always went, and looked after by Mehmet, keeping everything clean and tidy, and such a great character All staff were very helpful and friendly. Yusif on reception a real help, Adult Only Hotel, just 100 Rooms, Great Staff, Clean Hotel, with Private Beach, and lovely October Sunshine, just what the Doctor Ordered we loved it. See you all on the Beach next year.

Wow where do I start!! We got back on the 23rd Sept 2025 from the Sea Star hotel after 11 nights of an amazing holiday. We booked through jet2 as a package holiday adults only all inclusive, it was beyond our expectations. From arrival to departing we were 100% looked after in every way, the staff are a credit to this hotel if could name them all i would but they all worked so hard to make it stay an enjoyable one. A special thanks to our maid Sineta who was always friendly and did an excellent job in our room with lovely displays with the towels, Mehmet on the beach was fabulous keeping the beach tidy and and making sure the beds etc were kept for our hotel users only, Umut and all the bar and staff in the dining area went up and beyond to serve us with great cocktails and clearing the tables, and the chefs who provided a great variety of fresh food daily throughout the day, the ladies in the spa always helpful with fresh towels and offering deals and help, and finally the reception staff who were always very helpful. We could not fault this hotel and I have personally recommended it to many people. We wanted a relaxing holiday and we most certainly got it. My husband and I love Icmeler and have definately found our future place to stay without a doubt as many people who were there return regularly as well. I saw one couple that was rude and obnoxious to the staff which they didn't deserve that kind of behaviour as all of the staff were brilliant and polite to everyone so do not believe their review it was nothing the hotel did wrong I witnessed them many times with their attitudes. If you like a quiet relaxing holiday but sometimes want a bit of entertainment, then this hotel is ideal, you can sit and have a quiet drink at night or walk into Icmeler town and find quite a few bars/ restaurants with entertainment and dancing in, it's in a love position for your choice or there's a lovely walk along the coast to Mamaris. Thank you to everyone at the Sea Star hotel for a fantastic stay, we will be back again, hopefully soon.

We booked Sea Star last year so while we were in the area in June we emailed Melis to ask if we could have a tour. The communication was faultless and speedy and we had a small tour which put our minds at ease about any building work near by as we heard or saw nothing. We arrived late July and the check in was so quick and a porter who was really friendly showed us to our room. At this time of year we always celebrate our wedding anniversary and the room was beautiful with a perfect wrap around view of the sea from the balcony. We got to know the wonderful Beth on reception and anything we needed or wanted was dealt with quickly and professionally a credit to Sea Star. Our room cleaner Zeynep was awesome the room was spotless every day and she even helped rescue my husband’s phone on one occasion and always smiling and happy, just adorable. The food was always excellent and plentiful with plenty of options and the staff in the bar and restaurant areas delightful. We like to be left to ourselves and none were intrusive just the right level of service. The beach, jetty and pool area were always kept immaculate by the life guard and other team members. The one minor observation was on a couple of occasions it was noted by ourselves that some places towels on loungers both on beach and around the pool and this prevented one family from using the pool area on 2 occasions. But that said it happens everywhere. We never had an issue getting anywhere to lounge during our stay. Being able to relax was our main goal and it was easily achieved. The spa I took a look at whilst there and was shown around by the wonderful Leo. It’s beautiful and smells amazing plus after viewing the prices I found them very competitive. The gym is also well layed out and more than enough for the gym lovers. Overall we were very impressed and so much so it’s now a contender instead of Bali for our base for our vow renewals next year.

Great hotel. I loved the concept of "adults only", it was our main criteria. No children inside and near the pool. The food was fantastic. Good cocktail card and barmen. International guests from UK, Sweden, Russia, Ukraine etc. Highly recommended if you want some quiet place near the sea alone, with friends or with your partner.

I want to express my gratitude to administration of the hotel for changing our room. The first one had a view on the other balconies, and we wanted more privacy. The next room was very cozy with a good view on palms and sea.

P.S. As we noticed, it is also a gay friendly zone. Some gay couples stayed here during our vacation. So you would better be tolerant))

A peculiarity of the whole Marmaris region — high prices, often low service, bad quality dinners, old very old facilities, and not the cleanest sea... I sincerely think that you won't find better hotel in Içmeler then Sea Star! 💫
++ New facility. Great rooms — new, clean, spacious. Very nice panorama from the sea view rooms and beach. They have one of the most picturesque location. 😍 Great cozy beach with pier. Really good service, personnel are just the best guys! Hospitality is top-notch. Food: not many options, but everything tasty👌(the hotel itself is not big, so it's normal).
— Snacks & cocktails near pool are terrible ! Bad cocktails served in scratched plastic, 2-star snacks, tasteless coffee from machine...sad... A bit overpriced imho, but I don't believe that you can find smth cheaper & better in Içmeler!
Overall, great accomodation! I highly recommend to book Sea view room if you stay here.💙
*** Advise to management: make beautiful Tip boxes in restaurant, maybe in Turkish style, and put them in better location (location that most of your guests go by) and you will get better conversion to paying customer. 😉👌
