A wonderful hotel, wonderful staff, excellent food, and decent cocktails. I'd come back here again and again if it weren't for the sea. It's dreadful, and in June, it's also cold. Since July, the water has become more or less suitable for swimming, but it's murky and there are no fish. If this hotel were in a different location, it would be perfect. There are no issues with the hotel itself. There are a few odd little things, but you don't really notice them. (For three people in a family room, they only provide two robes and almost always two bottles of beer.) Those are probably the only niggles.

We stayed at the hotel in September and were very pleased. It's a super new hotel; everything is clean, new, and modern, and it's a special pleasure to be the first. The beach is excellent, with plenty of sun loungers with mattresses and umbrellas, and even if you didn't have time to get up early to grab a spot closer to the sea, there was still a spot. The food is varied, and even after a 10-day stay, I never got tired of it. The grill is amazing, and the desserts are truly amazing. There's a bar by the pool, and the lunchtime menu is amazing, delicious. The service is incredible, down to the last detail. Thank you so much for the vacation!!! And for coffee lovers, it's amazing here, which is a rarity. I have something to compare it to. I 100% recommend it. The only drawback is the volume of the evening entertainment. It's cool and varied, but you can't escape it, especially if you have a small child; the volume shakes the bed and every building. However, this wasn't a problem, as our child doesn't care about noise, but keep this in mind when choosing this hotel!

A gorgeous new hotel! Built a year ago. Everything is new, the food is excellent, the bars are open 24/7, and the rooms are unique, with direct access to the pool. Everyone goes the extra mile. The service is top-notch. I highly recommend it!

A very cool hotel, worthy of its stars. Large rooms, very welcoming and friendly staff, including Russian speakers. Good internet. The food is excellent; you can eat different dishes all day long. Large and beautiful grounds, lots of pools, bars, and food courts. The stage has been moved away from the rooms, so it's quite quiet.

The best hotel I have stayed in by far.
Cannot fault the staff, they were all brilliant
Food options great
Drink options great and don’t taste cheap!
Well equipped gym and lovely sauna and spa facilities
Good sized and clean rooms, mini bar restocked every day
Pools are great, spend most my time at adult only which is really nice
Beach is lovely
A la carte restaurants great, the grill is the best that we had tried, waiter Basri was brilliant. Also tried the Indian restaurant and Asian restaurant which were also lovely
24/7 patisserie is great, lots of choice and coffee options were great!
Honestly so glad we chose to come here. Thank you to all the staff for making the holiday so perfect for me and my partner. We are already recommending this hotel to people we know and we will be back!!!

The food was good, and both the rooms and the hotel were kept very clean. However, all the sunbeds were already reserved early in the morning with towels, even though no one showed up until 11 or 12 o’clock. The hotel staff did nothing about this, which is extremely disappointing.

On the day we arrived, we wanted to make an à la carte reservation, but the only option available was the seafood restaurant. According to guest relations, all other restaurants were already fully booked. Even after I sent a follow-up email, they couldn’t do anything for us. What’s the point of offering à la carte options if you can’t actually make a reservation?
To make it even more confusing, the restaurants were never actually full when we passed by, in the full week we stayed there.

We stayed at this resort first week of October in the building namned Telmessos. The Family Room was spacious, modern and very clean (thanks to the cleaner, she was amazing and friendly). We had good nights of sleep apart from some noise intermittently coming from delivery in the resort next door?. Another positive is the entertainment, lots of animation and activities from day to day to keep you busy.

The food was repetitive and not high quality. Meat was chewy or dry and apart from yoghurts and the ordinary condiments and gravy, there were no other sauces to pair with the food. For eg, the Doner kebab in the food stalls was great but it had no pairing sauce. The meal could have been satisfying if only they have sauce options such as garlic sauce. The coffee…in one week, I only managed to have 3 drinkable coffees out of 20+. Its weak, poor quality beans and either badly made by majority of the staff. They only used long life semi-skimmed milk, no wonder!! Also the alcohol was not of premium quality. The ice cream was only decent with not much flavours to choose from, the strawberry flavour had bad coloring that made my kids mouth stay red for a long time.

The main restaurant was always busy, esp for dinner with long lines for the grilled meat. It would have been better if the opening hours was longer than only 2,5hrs (19-21.30).
On our first day, we arrived at 10pm, there was no hot food but some cold sandwiches in Pisidia.. so IMP not 5 star ultra all inclusive like Titanic mardan which served free hot meals a la carte 24/7.

We had treatments at ocean spa after being approached by Murat by poolside. We purchased a treatment for two pax of 110 minutes but the treatment ended after 90 minutes for both of us… It was great while it lasted but cannot help but to feel scammed.

We also used the kids club, staff were all friendly but the area could be better if there were more toys for the children. Its definitely more suited for 4 years plus. Also the poolside has no slides and water toys for children.

At last, staff was in general very helpful and approachable, particularly Ella in the fitness team and the Staff at Balbura restaurant. But reception was the worst. No smiles, no welcoming – speedily checked you in and get you out of their sight even though it wasnt busy, There was no briefing of the resort or welcoming.
Unfortunately same moody attitude on our departure. This was a massive drawback and we will unfortunately not return.

Fabulous place. This is our second visit and we brought family with us this time. Rooms are amazing and so clean. We had a pool access room which I would recommend.

All the staff are amazing, couldn’t do enough for you.
My mum tripped and fell 2 days in and they were very accommodating, they offered to send ice up the room and breakfast so she could rest. Our cleaning lady was so kind and always put our towels out for us and the bar man at the swim up bar was very attentive, he knew our order and had great recommendations.

We ate at the Indian and Asian restaurants while there, both were incredible. The buffet was varied with the classics always available.

The entertainment on offer was good, varied between kid and adult based acts. The youth club was great for my 8 year old when he needed a break from the heat and a good way to convince him to actually get out of the pool for a bit!

I wouldn’t hesitate to come back again for a third time.

As a couple, we spent 10 days here at this beautiful resort. From day one, ALL the staff were amazing, friendly, polite and couldn't do enough for us. We stuck to the adult only pool and loved it, it gets heated around 1st of October so we got to experience that for a few days.
Food was excellent. Room was perfect.
Special mention to a few people in particular.
Jadir at the Apollon Bar.
The evening team at The Lobby Bar Lutfiye, Hazel, Elif and Gökhan, they literally made our holiday. So polite, hard working, friendly and always waved when we went through. They took time to talk to us ( but still got on with their work). They are a great team.
The housekeeping staff were excellent, thank you.
The dining room staff at Adult only were amazing also.
The lifeguards were on duty all day.
The waiting staff on skates at each pool were amazing! We didn't have to leave our sun lounger! They asked all the time if we needed a drink. Great workers at Adult Pool.
We had a wonderful experience and would not hesitate in returning. Thank you.
