Location: 100 km from Dalaman airport, 70 m from the sea, 700 m from Marmaris city centre.

Consists of one 5-storey building.

Beach: public sandy-pebble beach 70 m from the hotel. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses – for a fee, towels – no. Between the hotel and the beach road runs.

We had a great time there. Service was great, helpful gents. Room was very basic, no thrills, but clean. Bathroom clean as well. Food could be changed more often but it was fresh. Very close to the beach, shops around, positive vibes. Pool was very clean. Would stay again.

Got locked in bathroom on 1st night , my friend went down and maintenance had to fix the door, had to ask for towels after 3days as cleaners only come in once every few days, my friends sheets weren't changed at all in the wk as there was a spot of blood on the corner that's how we knew, bar closes at 10pm no entertainment day or night food was bland nothing much for kids, wouldn't stay anywhere like this again....should of went self catering the amount I spent on eating out ....

We booked this the night before, spur of the moment. Hotel was in a fantastic location, bars, shops, beach, main street all within 5 minutes walk. Rooms were very basic, just happy they had good AC as it was 40C. Food was basic, all inclusive, beer was efes, there was vodka, gin... too. Cheap impulsive purchase but was good to spend 4 nights away.

I did mean to photo the room, just think basic.

The best location in town, you can breathe here. Food is excellent, if you are normal.. there is always something you would like, stuff is great and you get rooms cleaned every day!! The only problem is club across the street, it gets really noisy at night

Great place to stay.
The stuff were very friendly with no issues.
Located in a fairly central location but without too much noise.
Food is traditional and tasty. Plenty for everyone.
The bar is basic and has soft and fizzy drinks along with some spirits and beers.
Room is comfortable and was cleaned every day to a decent standard. The air conditioning is great and was ideal to cool down after a long day by the pool.

The food was really disgusting!! 🤢 Soups are just artificial flavor and flour! Cold potato, and what they called meat it’s just rubbish (I hope it was soybeans).

The young women on hot meals is rude and sprinkles a little. The most disgusting thing were desserts: biscuits in disgusting syrup.

The room was clean, personal nice and friendly. Conditioner was awful (it works really bad. It’s 36 degrees outside!!).

This hotel didn’t have its private beach. And the cite’s beach were awful. It’s dirty!

A lot of russians in this hotel 👎

If you want quite family vacation with good food choose another hotel.

Decent hotel for the price location is good central spot and 2 mins walk to beach max and 10 mins walk to bazar, staff are really nice

The rooms were clean and the sea view was amazing but the food was not very good and there was a big line every time we wanted to eat plus there is no AC in the restaurant and lobby which was very annoying. The wifi is very weak (barely working) and only available in the lobby and pool ( Not in the rooms). The staff doesn’t speak english and the receptionist was not very friendly. The location is very good (Close to the beach and the center). So overall decent for the price except the food.

Perfect place,food was very delicious and various. Rooms are super comfortable and clean, receptionist is ready to help 24/7. Close to the beach, which is the most significant advantage
