Payam Hotel was really good! Our room was on the smaller side, but the view of the sea was absolutely gorgeous. When booking, I almost went for the upgrade with the jacuzzi and sea view, but after our stay, I don’t regret skipping it. Having the extra space on the balcony to sit and enjoy the view was much better.
The hotel also offers a great perk, free entrance to a nearby beach club that’s literally on the water. The food and drinks there were a bit pricey, but at least you don’t have to pay an entrance fee.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide selection ranging from fresh fruits to a full Turkish breakfast spread, even pizza! And the best part: you can enjoy it while admiring the deep blue Mediterranean Sea.
The hotel has ample parking, but note that the access is through the street behind the building. You’ll need to message the staff to open the gate for you.
Like many places in Turkey, Kaş is quite hilly. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk to the city center, but be prepared for a bit of an uphill workout on your way back!

Love the service, the breakfast (which has a sea view), the staff and the restaurants and the cats are adorable. I'm vegan and I found great options here as they have a veg restaurant. + Spa!
Clean pretty room with good ventilation and They even upgraded us to a jacuzzi room. Lovely location (10 mins walk to a lagoon, 3-4 min wall from city and right near the amphitheatre). Only small issue was that it can be noisy at night because of the acoustics of the location as the noise travels up from the town, not their fault. But if you close your windows it's fine so no complaints. Would 100% come again

This hotel was so nice and clean! We stayed there for our honeymoon. It had an amazing view of the water from the balcony. They provide an extensive and delicious breakfast, and parking lot. It is within a walking distance to downtown. The staff are helpful and very nice. Definitely a place I would go back to and stay.

it was a great experience! we were stunned by the beauty of this place. the street is so quiet and charming, absolutely relaxing atmosphere, great views, the best breakfast, clean rooms! everyday there are cats and chickens wondering around, it’s pretty fun. I’m in love with this hotel.
it takes 3 minutes to get to the Leymona Beach Club, where you can rest and swim in the sea. also this hotel is really close to Antiphellos, there is a hidden short way to this ancient theatre.

We really enjoyed our stay at Payam hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean( we had one small cleanliness issue on check in that was quickly rectified by the helpful staff and no further issues).
The location is fantastic, an easy walk to town and all ferry options.
The restaurant and pool area was lovely and we liked that there were little comfortable areas to sit through the day.
The breakfast was fantastic with lots of options for all tastes.
We highly recommend this hotel if in Kas.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. The staff were polite and super helpful. Our room was an upgraded room from the standard options and offered a great view of the sea (attached photo). 10 out of 10.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Payam hotel. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The only small downside is that the hotel doesn't have its own beach, but that's hardly an issue—there are plenty of beautiful public and private beaches nearby, all easily accessible and well worth visiting. Highly recommended!

This room is 30 square meters in size, clean and tidy. The indoor facilities are a bit simple. The hot water in the bathroom is slow to come and it takes quite a while to get hot water. There are many varieties of fruits, vegetables and cheese for breakfast, but there is only one kind of ham slices. There are freshly baked bread and pizza on Sundays, but not on Mondays. I wonder why? There is a relatively large simple parking lot at the back door of the hotel. Although the ground is not hardened, it is convenient for self-driving tourists to park for free. There are free drinks in the small refrigerator, but new ones will not be added. Overall, it is worth recommending to self-driving tourists.

The hotel environment is very good, the breakfast has an unbeatable sea view, the scenery is beautiful, and the breakfast is very rich. The only drawback is that the room is a bit small and the facilities are average.
