Every part of the experience did not match the price point.
Pool decking is damaged, various amenities in the room not working, wait was too long for the little buggies and the breakfast was good but not great.
However we had a fantastic stay and really enjoyed the pool (not being crowded as limited rooms), the little bikes (although some need maintanance) the staff were kind and the beach after it emptied at dusk.
Just such a shame they are sloppy in the finer details as they could be so much better (and deserving of the price) if they sharpened up with some easy wins. More like a 3 star hotel with a 4 star breakfast and a 5 star beach.
Was a bit slow getting drinks by the pool.
Would definitely return.
The only thing that is not entirely clear is the attitude of the staff, they did not put disposable toothbrushes and toothpaste in our room (after we asked, they gave it), and at the entrance no one greeted us first, which is somehow strange for this level of hotels.
Also, there was not enough of a pouf near the bed. But this is a trifle.
Excellent staff, welcoming and very friendly service, beautiful location and resort.
