We have just returned from a week at Sami Beach. We had a really nice time. Rooms are smallish but suited us fine. Wardrobe space is fine but not much space in the bathroom to put your items as only one small shelf under the mirror. We had a room overlooking the Tortoise garden with a tiny balcony. The staff are so friendly and will do whatever they can to help . I misplaced my bag one afternoon and everyone was looking for it. [ Thank you for that ]. We also met lovely guests when we were there. We plan on returning in the future

Location: perfect . Literally steps away from the main ***** . On the main ***** you will find hairdressers, clothing and accessories shops, eateries, bar and clubs. Being on one side of the ***** and the clubs being further down. Guaranteed the noise and clubbers hustle and bustle is kept to a minium. Room: we had x3 rooms - triple,triple and a double. All rooms were v decent. Clean bedding, clean bathrooms. House keeping done daily and when we needed extra pillows they were provided no issues. Rooms on the first floor are literally steps away from the pool. Which was ideal for us all. Plenty of sun loungers to go round. Table and chairs outside rooms for the times of where you want to chill and cannot be bothered to go to the beach Beach: beach was clean, plenty of sun loungers. Close to the restaurant and hotel bar. The water was clean and plenty of sun loungers. Part of the group enjoyed the different water sports (jet ski, tornado, rocket and others) We finished the trip off with the hotels spa and wellness place. I opted for the 2nd package with the hamam, scrub , massage , hot stones. I left feeling ready for another holiday. Value: definitely value for money. The stay, all inclusive , transfers was taken care of and definitely left feeling we got our monies worth. Would i come again? Yes all 8 of us would return again.

We arrived on the first day of the season although we had no hot water when we arrived it was soon remidied by hotel reception. All staff were very polite and welcoming, room was comfortable with room cleaned everyday food was good but a bit repetitive but all round good hotel

Just returned from a 4nt stay. Room was a little tired and small, but clean and did the job for the amount of time we were in it. Location, food and staff were all brilliant! Great value for money. Could have stayed longer.

Arrived at the hotel 17th April. Taken to our room on arrival . Room was nice and clean. No issues at all . There is a little fridge in the room. And a hairdryer in the bathroom. Good storage for clothing . Free air con. The hotel gives you free WiFi. And coverage is good , even on the beach. The food in the hotel is decent. Plenty of choices. They cook fresh omelettes, eggs and pancakes on a morning. Plenty of meats and cheeses. Cereal and also toaster. Lunch and evening meals again they cook fresh stuff which varies. And also other hot dishes. Chips and pizza most meal times. In between the lunch and evening meals they have a snack bar with burgers , chips and nuggets. And that's when they serve ice-cream, around the 3pm . The staff at lunch and evening meals will bring your drinks to the table. I cannot speak highly enough of all the staff . They go above and beyond. Nothing is a problem. That goes from the front desk staff , the cleaners ,all exceptional. They have some entertainment on a night. A really good band one night. Prize bingo , turkish belly dancer . The bar staff were exceptional. All of them. THEY CUT OUR BANDS OFF. SO TECHNICALLY YOU CANT USE THE ALL INCLUSIVE. I FOUND THIS IRRITATING. DID SPEAK TO THE BOSS AND SHE SAID JUST CARRY ON. BUT WHY CUT OFF THE BANDS . THIS NEEDS LOOKED AT AS IT JUST TAINTED THE EXPERIENCE AT THE END OF OUR HOLIDAY, AND TO GIVE A DEFINITIVE ANSWER, ITS STILL OK TO USE THE ALL INCLUSIVE OR NOT...

We stayed early season so very few places were open and there’s a lot of building work going on around the resort getting it ready but we had a great time. We arrived in the early hours to a friendly welcome and even a little food pack with a sandwich and an apple. Water in the room fridge. The rooms are spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. The showers are big with lots of hot water. All toiletries provided including conditioner and hand soap. The food was plentiful and varied. The drinks were local and fine, they even included some cocktails on the all inclusive. The beach is right outside the hotel and very clean. All staff polite, friendly and helpful. The views are beautiful and the tortoises brought a smile every day. If you’re expecting 5 star then you’ll be disappointed but if you have realistic expectations then you’ll love it. I definitely underestimated this place based on previous reviews but I would definitely return. Thanks to everybody at Sami Beach!

Such a lovely place with wonderful staff, we feel looked after even the owners and their daughters made us feel so welcome. Nothing is any trouble if we ask for anything, start of season and still had some evening entertainment which we didnt really expect, room is nice and comfortable too, a nice range for food to suit everyone, we are already looking to come back again.

Worst holiday ever i. Turkey Hitel is old run down. NO HOT water got put in annexe down road as no rooms in main hotel. Staff did their best but not great when manager offers you s room and staff tell you to avoid as worse than what you are staying in x

The hotel is a total disappointment, it says is a 4 star hotel but in reality is only 2 star.
It is very old, with little maintenance and dirty. We had booked for sea view room and we got a cottage with a roof view and 5 cm of sea, we requested to change the room…after 30 minutes of talking to the agency and the receptionist we got the second room which was considered superior, bigger that the first one, with a sea view, but you could not stay in, all dirty, stained from the walls to the bedsheets, bathroom…again we had to refuse the room and asked to talk to a manager as we were asked to pay 15€ a day extra for this “superior” room.
We told the manager we don’t mind paying extra but just give us a clean room, we ended up moving to the 3rd room which was cleaner, but still with low maintenance.
The bar and restaurant are also old, I think they haven’t made any renovations for the past 20 years, the food in all inclusive is more of a canteen not a bufet, every day similar dishes, reused leftovers and transformed into a different dish.
The pool was dirty we didn’t have the courage to put a toe in not to get any disease.
A total disappointment.
Please don’t book this hotel, don’t believe the pictures as they are edited, choose something else as the money you pay for this hotel doesn’t worth it.
