My wife and I enjoyed a one week stay at Sign by Ersan. Enjoy being the key word since all of our (high) expectations have been met. The amenities are classy, food great (and plenty), our suite was generously spaced and the service and hospitality were flawless. 5* classification well-deserved.
Worth a special mention is the Hotel‘s executive chef Attnan Öztürk, who went the extra mile making our stay even more enjoyable. For every single day he created special (off-menu) vegan dishes, to accommodate my wife‘s diet. The F&B manager Mesut Köse surprised us with an exquisite local wine selection and great recommendations. We were able to talk to the hotel manager Serkan Dumlupinar on various occasions, when he made sure all things are in order and we that we experience the best hospitality one could ask for. In short: Awesome stay, we will be back!

This hotel is a hidden gem! ✨ From the room, to the swimming pool and the private beach with stilts over the sea, everything was like a sweet dream. ✨ The dishes were exquisite, a real delight at every meal thanks to Chef Adnan. 👨🏻‍🍳

And of course, special thanks to the staff at the Sign by Ersan hotel: to Mr. Nihat for his warm welcome and his infectious smile, Mr. Mesut for his kindness, his amability and his (very) delicious cocktails, to Mr. Serkan for his courtesy and his little attentions and last but not least, to Mr. Mert who has been incredibly kind and has also become a friend. 😁

The ONLY negative point : We had to leave. 😂

Absolutely perfect stay! It’s a boutique hotel with only 20 rooms, You see only a few other people around. Quiet, Relaxing and Homely. Sea is crystal clear, you can see fish swimming.

Staff is very friendly and attentive to your needs. I have gluten free diet. Chef Kadri freshly made gluten free pasta as well as meatballs with no bread for us. Chef Adnan made sure our breakfast was delicious in the morning. Managers Serkan and Mesut are very friendly and helpful as well as Nihat and Vahit and other staff (all of them).

I’d recommend this hotel to all adults who are looking for a Peaceful gateaway!

We have stayed at this hotel for the last days spent in Turkey. Our stay was amazing as the place is wonderful, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We are impressed by both chefs we have met here. My husband and I are both vegan and it is not easy to find the propper food everywhere. Both chefs ( Adnan Öztūrk and Kadri Komșu) came towards us with special vegan dishes prepared for us professionaly, very delicious and creative. We felt really spoiled and are greatful for that.

We spent one all inclusive week at sign by ersan in a double room and our expectations were by far exceeded.

The Service was very friendly and caring and moreover extreme flexible in terms of when,what, where to eat. Any wish was accomplished at any time. Everyone from kitchen to reception were exceptional.

The location is directly at the seaside in a very nice spot with easy water access and gorgeous scenery. The wooden waterfront deck is amazing because it provides all the necessary comfort and the location allows you to catch the sun from any possible angle from morning to evening. It is not in the city and thus fulfilled the wish of remoteness and a relaxed time. City of Bodrum accessible by frequent running buses in around 10-15 minutes.

Double room & facilities were very clean and spacious. Beautiful Seaview directly from your bed. However, mattress could have been a bit softer and acoustic isolation a bit better. Room service twice a day and very caring as well.

A special thumbs up for the cook. Meals were at any time fresh, delicious and special. The menu card has a great variety for at least two weeks.

We felt very much welcomed as well as outstanding supported by the hotel management including speaking to airlines, airports in Turkish,English and German since our luggage was lost.

Our stay was excellent in all terms. We returned back home very relaxed and seriously considering to come back as soon as we need a relaxed getaway. A big thank to all guys we met at that time ! Keep on going with the same excellence ?

This hotel is paradise!!!!!! So clean and so many amenities! Boutique hotel so never too busy at the private beach, cabanas, and pool. Habib and Yasar were truly wonderful to meet and upheld an amazing standard of service. Additionally, the food was SUPERB! Every meal we had exceeded expectations- and the chef would make us dinner specials off menu. The entire staff spoke very good English. I believe they have made some very good upgrades from last year and any of the negative reviews since we did not experience anything negative over a 10 day stay. We will be back and recommend to anyone coming to the area!
If you are looking to leave the hotel, the taxi’s come in minutes and only 10 min drive from city center! Can’t ask for anything better.
