Very decent facility with two pools, good breakfast, complete restaurant and bar, and an excellent staff always polite and helpful. A great value, I highly recommend for those who don't need nor want to pay for the Ritz-Carlton.
Old hotel,but very clean.Good Location.Food is aful,for brekfast you only have eggs.Wifi conection is very poor.we Had allinclusive but we didn't Eat there.My friend got sick from their food.
After the Covid enforced break finally got back to the Serhan.and wow has it changed. The whole hotel has been upgraded and looks great.
Reception is now very smart and classy looking. The dining area has been moved and is much nicer because of that move the bar area looks much more open.
Then the outside areas, the patio at the front and the pool area have been smartened up. The area around the pool being much more spacious and the maturing trees on the patio giving some nice shade..
The rooms have also been upgraded as well as the wi-fi.
This year there is an all inclusive option and can say that the food is always well prepared and presented.

Great hotel.
IT IS a small Hotel. Not new but very Clean. I stood there for one week. Very friendly personal. Good restaurant and you come to Bodrum by dolmus very easy.
Worst hotel ever, the manager is very rude and he doesn’t how to respect others, there is no fridge, the pool is completely close, the rooms are really old, my laptop screen is bigger than their TV, the air conditioner isn’t working, they are not changing the beds and towels regularly, the hotel staff didn’t put any water in the room, the breakfast is not enough, the area that the hotel is located is not good, the bathroom is really old and they are not nice, DO NOT COME TO THIS HOTEL because this hotel will ruin your holiday, I don’t know how people gave this hotel three stars and five stars, maybe they are living horse storage!

Stayed here for a week in June, staff are polite, everything is of a reasonable standard and food was nice when we ate there. Beware though. The wifi is free, but only for one device per person, and the air con is charged on top of your accommodation at the desk!
A good cheap place to stay, near to all the pubs and night clubs, but they have bad service, the staff was not friendly, breakfast is poor, dinner is awful.
