Consists of a complex of 43 two-storey houses and one two-storey main building.

Beach: own pebble beach. There is a wooden pier. Sunbeds, umbrellas and mattresses - free. On the beach there is a VIP tent (for a fee).
System "MAI" operates around the clock, includes refreshments, hot and alcoholic local drinks (vodka, cognac, liqueur, raki, wine), and some imported drinks (Martini, gin, whiskey, tequila). With charge: imported premium brand drinks, fine wines. Valid formal dress-code during dinner. Time to open and operate bars and restaurants for fresh air depends on weather conditions and time of year.

The music is very loud in the evenings, some of the evening music is like dance music so you can hear the thumping back at the rooms. The shop is incredibly expensive so definitely wouldn’t shop there - the shop down the road is super cheap and a 300m walk!!!!
The pool is incredibly crowded every single day even at early hours in the morning. Impossible to get a sun bed as it seems that people are putting a towel down to secure the bed and then going off for the day or to breakfast. We sat at the beach all day with sun beds next to us which had towels on them all day and no one came and sat there all day - the hotel should really figure out a plan to stop this some hotels removed the towels are a certain period where they aren’t there.
If you are a picky eater you won’t enjoy the food. I didn’t think I was picky until I stayed here. You pay for what you get.
Really easy to get the bus outside the hotel into Bodrum. The guest relations team were very helpful explaining this to us.
Other than all that it was a lovely/relaxing holiday and definitely recommend the beach area if you want to relax more in a quieter area.
