Stayed for 7 nights in August 2025 as a family of four (2 adults, 2 children). First impressions of the resort were good as the grounds are immaculate. Checked in and waited a good 45 minutes in a massive queue to be shown to our room - the resort is massive so we were taken there on a golf buggy. Room was tiny! Ridiculously small for our family. One double bed and one single pull out bed for 2 adults and 9 year old twins. Meant we had one child in our bed the entire holiday. Not great but we made the most of it. Room had a mini bar that was replenished with beers and soft drinks daily. Service in the restaurant was poor in the evening - generally you had to clean a table to sit down and eat and when you asked for water/cutlery etc a lot of the time ignored or forgotten about so had to end up getting your own. Food however was very good and varied. We always found something to eat and found it to be well cooked and fresh. Roof top bar was fantastic and we had the timings down well so always managed to get a table (there is probably only about 10 tables). Bar staff there were brilliant too, couldn't fault them. It was our favourite place to go. Unfortunately had to make use of the doctor due to a mosquito allergy but he was absolutely lovely and the hotel were great with helping us to the local hospital. Mosquitoes here are rife so if you do have a sensitivity take EVERYTHING with you. We found shops both in the hotel and Bodrum itself to be astronomically expensive. The beach area is lovely and we really enjoyed the sea, however it does get a little choppy so be careful as there was no lifeguard on duty. The restaurants down by the beach were amazing too! Great kebabs! The children also loved the water slides. All in all it was a decent holiday - we made the most of it, as you do, but with some attention to detail it could have been amazing!

Dear Sir or Madam, my name is Arkadiusz Skoniecki and I am a guest at your Duja Bodrum Hotel, staying with my family in room 4001. I would like to express my appreciation for one of your waiters, who demonstrated exceptional courtesy and helpfulness. I noted his dedication to customer service and his commitment to the quality of service. I felt he was present wherever he was needed, and his dedication to his work was very evident. I wish you many more such dedicated employees. The name of the waiter in question is Seyithan. Best regards.

Review as a couple visiting in September. Firstly, the views are amazing. The location of the hotel is easy via taxi from the airport, and the scenery is stunning as it is situated on a hillside. Pros: - no subbed wars (maybe due to end of season) but as there are spaces along the pier, beach, promenade and up at the pool there are loads of sunbeds around, even when arriving later in the morning. - Starbucks is a really nice touch, it is simple (lattes and refresher drinks) but adds a little bit of home for those who enjoy it. - the hotel is very clean, there are always cleaners on hand, clean tables and the rooms were spotless. - the village room I would recommend! We were in the middle of the village, and didn’t hear too much, however I can see that if you are unfortunate and get a room further away it’s a longer walk to the hotel, or too close and the music would keep you awake if you wanted an early night. - the sea! Wow wow wow!! There are safe spaces to swim, and if you are confident I’d recommend going SUP in the early morning. Bring snorkels or goggles are there are lots of fish to look at when swimming. Cons: - the food. If you are a foodie (of which we are) we struggled. Very repetitive, same starters and desserts every day. Very stew heavy and a lot of beige. After 10 days we’re very bored of the same thing each time. The A La Carte restaurant (Chinese, Italian or Fish) were very nice and much more what we expected for what we paid - this just was a disappointment for our trip. - dinner service was busy, if you can go later in the evening I’d reccomend you do. At 7pm and only one dinner restaurant there were long queues to wait, limited tables and slow to get drinks from staff. - the branded drinks are only served in once place … why?? At all the bars you can get drinks (cocktails are always good) but the branded spirits are only served in the lobby bar, which limited seating (but amazing views) it was a shame as we felt we had to battle for seats to enjoy a nicer drink. - music on repeat - all the time. We love some music while chilling by the pool, but the same playlist is used everyday, there are only so many times we could listen to Ellie Goulding and Coldplay before you get bored. There are a few quiet spaces but not many, go further down the beach to get away from the music. Overall, we had a lovely time and adapted to what we wanted to make the most of what we paid for.

We recently stayed at Duja Bodrum and overall had a great experience. The hotel is kept very clean, and there are plenty of hardworking staff who are always friendly and helpful. The food was very good with lots of variety, and the à la carte restaurant was definitely the highlight meal of the week. The kids really enjoyed the children’s pool and water slides, and the afternoon snack bars were a nice touch. It’s also handy that the hotel offers a midnight meal, which is great if you arrive late or get hungry after hours. Our room was spacious and comfortable too. The beachfront is lovely and relaxing — during our stay, the public beach just to the right of the hotel was completely empty, which made the setting even better. A few things to be aware of: the resort is large and spread out across different levels, so you’ll often need to use stairs or lifts to get around. The snack bar by the slide pool was closed all week during our stay, and the slides only opened for a few hours each day — this may have been due to it being a quieter period. There’s also about a 5-minute walk between the slides and the kids’ pool, which could be tricky with younger children. Around the pool and resort, be prepared to be approached fairly often by the brothers selling boat trips, as well as the hotel photographers. One other point is transport into Bodrum. Reception directed us towards a taxi service charging €60, but we later found out there’s a bus just outside the hotel that only costs €3 return — a much better option for guests to know about! Despite these minor drawbacks, we had a very enjoyable stay. The staff really do make the difference, and we’d happily recommend Duja Bodrum and would return in the future.

When we arrived it was very late. We were taken to our room in a buggy car. The room was a village room with a king size bed and single sofa bed which pulled out another single bed underneath. There was wine and a plate of fruit which was nice there is also mini bar filled with drinks stocked each day. There are also drink facilities tea/coffee etc. as it was late we were hungry the hotel opens the restaurant 12-1 am. The food was okay but no food for the kids ie chips nuggets pizza or however we did not go hungry. The room was basic but fit for purpose. It also had a large balcony with beautiful views. Our towels were changed daily and our room cleaned every day. Shout out to the cleaner who cleaned our room each day with a smile. In the restaurant there was plenty of choices I’m vegetarian and didn’t go hungry. I must mention the cakes which were amazing. One thing I did note as the bars / restaurants close they turned of the drink machines which I found strange. Ice creams are only served a couple of hours a day (near the arcade) however you can get lollies at the pool bar where the slides are There are also various snack bars around the hotel. Pools There is a large pool where the bar is serving alcohol, lovely cocktails and there is also a Starbucks which was good. The actives within the hotel occur here. As we had a SEN child with us he didn’t like busy places so we spend our time in the smaller pool with the slides. It’s a 5 min walk from the large pool . Our room was near the smaller pool which was good. Facilities There is a small shop on site selling your basics. There is also a gym which is next to the hairdresser and spa We didn’t use the spa so can’t comment on this. The grounds are amazing the scenery is out of this world. The staff work really hard to maintain the hotel. Kids club is near the pool with the slides. I would have thought this would have been better placed in the main hotel area. There is also a small petting zoo with goats and hens The beach area was lovely. If you want to go in the sea you will need beech shoes as it is full of rocks and pebbles .you can also hire beech huts for the day however we did not do this. There are other restaurants around the complex which are chargeable. We did not use these. In the Restaurant be prepared for queues. Then restaurant gets really, really busy, however you don’t need to queue if you don’t want that section of the restaurant There are two lifts within the complex taking you done to the pool area and the beech If you wish to go into bodrum you can get a bus which picks you up at the entrance of the hotel there is no bus stop we looked for. It is only 50p each to use this bus. On arriving in bodrum it drops you off at a bus station. We did struggle to find the bus back however the bus has the name of the hotels in the front of the window or ask somebody who will help you. I did notice a lot of the staff did not speak English to overcome this

Me and my best friend went for 7 nights and had the best time at Duja Hotel, the entertainment was great, something there for everyone kids and adults and really got you involved as well. All the staff I can not fault any of them, so attentive and kind and really made your stay welcome. The reps at Duja hotel were great with kids with adults with the entertainment, definitely the most we have both felt welcome and had the best time away with. The food was great so much to choose from and the we had the Italian a la carte menu which is included in the price and that was unreal to. The only negative we would say is when we got to our hotel room the mirror was dirty but apart from that everything was great. There is so much to do inside the complex we didn’t leave the hotel apart to go to the beach to take some photos, we felt it was the perfect place for us and we will both be definitely returning back next year.

Another fabulous family holiday, looking forward to returning later in the year! Some improvements had been made too which didn't go unnoticed x

This is a nice hotel, in a beautiful setting but it’s enormous and getting around requires a fair bit of walking, as well as lots of steps, lifts and or escalators. There’s lots to like, can’t lie the Starbucks was a definite win for me! Thanks to Ayaz for serving with a smile. Large pool, great use of the sea area with pontoons and concrete areas which offer plenty of space for laybeds and lots of steps direct into the sea. Small beach which is shingle, which has plenty of free cabanas across the top. Plus you can enjoy some paid for services, like a serviced cabanas which are well worth the money for the good service, comfortable laybeds and a little bit of luxury. Duja Bodrum is definitely a little tired in places which is a worry, as still relatively early in the season but with so many guests keeping on top of things has to be hard. Breakfast is reasonable, the later you come the less the choice on offer but plenty of options so you won’t be hungry but there is no fresh squeezed juice on offer. The toaster was an issue the entire time we stayed, toast was getting continually getting stuck and staff were using mental knifes to free it. On our last day it caught light! Staff work very hard and really try to go the extra mile, the night barman in Ray’s bar in particular was fantastic, the night barman Bekir is amazing and I hope I spelt your name right, however the dominance of other guests is prevalent, with staff opting to serve them first across the hotel, which is a shame because for those of us patiently waiting to be served it is annoying! Drinks are good, cocktails were great and consistent in all bars, which is rare when compared to some hotels I’ve stayed in. Room was pleasant, we had an issue on arrival with the door mechanism which took too long to rectify, but when it was sorted they did go the extra mile. It’s worth noting that a double does not mean a double and originally we had been given twin beds, but again it was sorted for our second night. Beds were huge and comfortable. Linens a bit tired so not as crisp as others but clean. Sofa in the room was ridiculous and needed removing as I couldn’t get around the bed to my side. Would rather have had small table and chair. Bathroom should be a win, but whoever designed it left nowhere to hang your towels - which I find bizarre as I try to reuse towels when on holiday. Silly things let’s the hotel down, like the mirror light not working and toiletries missing so the bottles were empty, refills provided when asked, albeit too late for our first shower, but we had brought our own. Mini bar has nice selection of drinks and was refilled daily. Aircon is very good. Balcony was large and we had a partial sea view. A la carte options were lovely and all have a fabulous backdrop. It was spectacularly windy while we were here but I think this was an anomaly as opposed to the norm, but you’ll definitely need peg towels down by sea! We had a hammam which was excellent value for money a

The hotel is generally good. The staff is very attentive. The food can be varied. Also, waiting for each meal is boring.

We had so much fun and laughed. Herzegovina was perfect, cleanliness was very good. We were constantly asked if we needed anything. They are very good as a team. Sometimes it can be intense, but that much can be considered normal.
