We have had the best holiday ever. The staff, food and premises are amazing and we have never had a never a better Holiday. The hotel was spotless. We have used the spa facilities and they have been great! We will definitely come back again.

There were 10 of us and we had a great holiday. The hotel is very clean everywhere and has lots of activities on offer. The drinks are great and the lobby bar serves the best cocktails. We also loved the beach bar and the bar on the pier…. There’s a theme here! The Pâtisserie serves great coffee and cakes and the street food cabin is also fun and handy for a snack. We also tried the 24 hour restaurant which has a good selection. The main restaurant was good we loved the grill and my personal favourite was the rotisserie chicken and rice for lunch.i struggled at breakfast time being gluten free but ate a lot of omelettes which were not cooked to order. My vegetarian friend had some great breakfasts however. There could have been a bigger selection of food but it was adequate for us. So we had a great holiday and here are a few little things that we didn’t like. We emailed on three occasions to ensure that we had single beds as we were single women. There were 10 in our group and none of us had single beds on arrival. Most beds were separated that nights but I had to sleep on the sofa bed as the double bed was too small to share. This was sorted the next day. The reception staff were not welcoming or approachable and didn’t speak English so communication was difficult. We did speak to public relations who were much more helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. The gluten free bread was difficult to get every morning and almost inedible and I gave up asking. The hotel is tired in places but we heard there was some work to be undertaken over the winter. Our rooms were cleaned beautifully but the towels were thin and well used. The beach towels were like rags and definitely needed replacing. There were a lot of broken sunbeds too. The spa was ok. It has a sauna and steam room and a small cold indoor pool. All the pools were cold and even though we were doing aqua classes the water in the pool was colder than the sea. The beach was crowded and not for us but we loved the pier for sunbathing and we were those people that reserved beds before 9am to ensure we got them. The pier was rotten in places but work was being carried out whilst we were there. There are a lot of Russian people staying in the hotel so Russian is spoken more widely than English - Google translate was our friend! Would I stay here again - no Would I recommend - possibly for families with small children as that area looked great fun.

Absolutely not a 5-star hotel. First of all, when my pregnant wife and I arrived at 10PM, we were checked into the wrong room — despite paying for a sea view. I called reception to explain, but they weren’t very apologetic. They admitted the mistake and told me to come down at 10AM the next day to change rooms. In the morning, I went to the gym, which was decent enough, then to breakfast — which was terrible. We packed our things and went to reception for 9:45, only to be told we couldn’t move into the room I’d paid for until 12PM. When we finally got the correct room, it did have a nice view and was comfortable, and the pool area and drinks were good too. Later that evening, we tried the so-called “Italian” restaurant since the buffet breakfast and lunch were awful — everything overcooked and bland. The Italian restaurant was honestly a joke: there were only two main dishes (ravioli and chicken), and both came out in under five minutes, clearly just reheated. I genuinely think many of the positive reviews must be fake or paid for, because there’s no way people have standards this low for food. The service from reception staff was just about passable, nothing more.

⭐ Warning: Avoid Crystal Centro Resort & Loveholidays! This hotel is falsely advertised—more like 2★ than 5★. Room faced a brick wall, air conditioning was unsafe leaking black mold and flooded room, overflowed shower trays .cleanliness poor, and bad uncooked food caused illness. Lifts often didn’t work, staff were unhelpful, and facilities were not as described. Loveholidays are rude and will avoid the issues raised Do not book here if you want vomiting and diarrhoea etc etc

Wonderful experience. I have been to over 50 hotels in my life, including half a dozen similar resorts and never had such a great experience. The food was great, with many a la carte options, pool was clean, waterpark was great, 24 hour service was great, everybody was incredibly nice. 4 things stood out: 1. Full hygienic kits, including toothbrushes, toothpaste, pads etc. 2. Full free unlimited minibar access with nice juices, beers and water, fully restocked everyday ... absolutely amazing - I never saw that before. 3. The Fish a la carte restaurant is dreamy. Eating great food at the beach, in Greek music, the waves, candlelight and a full moon in the back is what dreams are made of 4. The electronic games that are very cheap and lots of fun .. every night my daughter played there for half an hour. Will come back to the same hotel next year

- I didnt get my partical sea view and ekstra bed i paid for. I just recive a sofa with pellows and blanket which is already excised in every room.

We stayed here as a couple for 7 days in August. Overall, a mixed experience.

The negative:

- Our LoveHolidays/MTS Globe representative, Ferruh, was very pushy about selling excursions. Even after we said we weren’t interested in certain tours, he kept insisting. For example, he initially quoted us around £80–90 per person for a Suluada boat trip, then lowered it to £50 pp after “checking with his boss.” When we compared afterwards, we found the typical market price outside was only €30–35 pp for the same trip. He also told us he would help with general issues (like confirming our airport transfer), but when we contacted him later, he did not respond.

- Mornings were often disturbed by noise: around 3–6am we heard what sounded like rubbish being collected outside, hotel staff moving barrels near the storage area, cleaners using the storage room next to our room, and occasionally furniture being dragged from the floor above. This meant we were woken up very early almost every day.

- The food was average. Plenty of options, but quality was inconsistent.

The positive:
- Staff were friendly and polite throughout our stay.
- The beach was very nice, with a beach bar that made it easy to relax.
- Pools were clean and enjoyable, with plenty of space to swim and unwind.

Will we go back/recommend to our friends and family? No.

We had a wonderful week in this hotel. The staff were very nice and helpful. We had a small issue and they immediately helped us and it was solved within 20 min. The rooms were very spacious and clean. They also cleaned it every day. The food was excellent, the hotel has numerous kind of restaurants, which all had various food offerings. Also, there are several bars too with very kind servers and good drinks! The pool was amazing, just the right temperature, and the slides were very fun, both for children and adults. The beach is very clean, it’s a little hard to get a sun-bed near the sea but it’s ok, there’s a lot alongside the pool. The only thing is that the music was a little loud during the day. The only problem was the attitude of a lot of guests but it’s not the hotel staffs fault. I really recommend this hotel!🫶🏻
