We stayed at this hotel from May 17th to 24th. It's a wonderful hotel, beautiful grounds, and excellent service! We arrived very early, but they accommodated us and checked us in right away. 👍 My husband and I are very happy. Although not all the staff speak Russian, they are always friendly. A huge thank you to the entertainment staff, they made our vacation even more exciting! Erol and Ibrahim, you're amazing!!! Thank you so much for such a great vacation. 😘 This is a hotel I will definitely recommend. ♥️

Great hotel, very close to the sea, even though it's on the second line. A 4-minute walk. But there's a car for the lazy. The food is very good. There are a few downsides, but the food is fantastic, beautifully presented, and delicious. You can eat anywhere and throughout the day. There are plenty of snack bars, and you can easily get a full meal by the pool, just like in the main restaurant. The service is excellent. The grounds aren't very large, but they're convenient. The only thing is that it feels like you're in some kind of residential complex. But these are minor things. The beach is well-maintained, neat, and clean. The sand is great. The beach is quite large. The beach bar is open. You can also eat on the beach. The Wi-Fi is very good and works everywhere, on the beach, throughout the grounds, and in the rooms. One minor complaint is about the beach towels. They're small, but these are minor things. Overall, I recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel. We vacationed with our children. A huge thank you to all the hotel staff. Thanks to you, our vacation was fantastic. The room and the entire hotel grounds were clean, there was hand sanitizer everywhere, and masks were available at reception. The beach is a 3-5-minute walk away. Beach towels are provided at the spa. The food was varied and delicious. There was a miniclub for children, and they loved it.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was excellent and the overall experience was truly memorable. The hotel atmosphere, service, and hospitality were outstanding, and I genuinely enjoyed every moment of my stay.
A special thank you to Roza and Idle at the Spa, who were both very professional, welcoming, and provided exceptional service at very reasonable prices. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made the spa experience truly relaxing.
In Food & Beverages, Cemre was incredibly active, attentive, and provided outstanding customer service with a very positive and friendly attitude. She made every interaction pleasant.

A special mention to the night manager at the bar, who was energetic, fun, and created a fantastic atmosphere in the evening.

A budget hotel giving value for money, I found sleep to be an issue, as could hit air system running 24/7 making it very difficult to fall asleep. In addition the materials in bedding made me sweat profusely even when room temperature was cool. Bathroom OK with good shower, fridge and coffee making facilities as per the norm, however, min-bar not refreshed, just bottled water for making drinks. Room clean and airy.
Service was generally good, however, staff did constantly walk straight across in front of guests which I thought was quite rude. Staff often congregated by exit doors to smoke which was very unpleasant for non-smoking guests.

I stayed here for 4 days, probably the best hotel ever!!
The service was incredible👍 When I wanted chips they straight away gave them.
The food, the food was delicious, some times I got pizza, it's not really what you want but I still had it.
The bar, the bar was amazing, when I asked for the milk shake they gave it with in 10 second!!
The pool was not the worst but just a bit deep and cold but it was still fun.
The room, I did find a few hairs that weren't mine besides that the bed comfortable and the bathroom clean!!

Waiters and waitress very efficient and helpful, remembered what drinks we had and always asked it we wanted more.
Small things like wet towels on food tables, crisps/snacks at the bar, highchairs with disposable bibs all make it a family friendly experience.
Paid 15€ for the peppermint restaurant the food and service was 5*

Amazing hotel. Lovely staff. Just one guy who was kinda rude to me but overall it's lovely, we had to tip some lovely staff members including this one lovely woman, can't remember her name and this lovely guy I believe his name is Karmel or something similar. Our room was beautiful, beds were comfy and the pool outside was nice and warm especially for this winter weather. Definitely would come back. Gonna miss this place a lot.
