Incredible experience from start to finish
I travelled to Turkey for an elective procedure and stayed at the Kremlin Hotel, and I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place to recover. The hospitality was absolutely faultless from the moment I arrived.
The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well cared for while I was recovering. When I was bed-bound, they kindly arranged food to be brought directly to my room and regularly checked in to see if I needed anything. They were also very responsive and helpful via WhatsApp, always quick to answer any questions or requests.
What really stood out was the level of care and thoughtfulness — they even prepared nutritious smoothies to support my recovery. I felt safe, reassured, and genuinely looked after throughout my stay.
An amazing experience all round. I’m so grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown to me. Highly recommend!

We stayed at the hotel for the 2025–2026 New Year’s Eve and had a very pleasant experience overall. Despite how busy the night was, everything seemed well organized and the staff were attentive throughout the evening. Our kids had a great time at the mini club activities, which allowed us to join the adults-only New Year’s program and truly enjoy the celebration.

The experience at Kremlin palace has been wonderful. From the start, the welcoming of refreshments at the entrance was a nice surprise. We have eaten numerous ala carte restaurants, and they were all excellent. The food, service, and ambience all deliver on a high note. Our guest relations host, Deniz has been very helpful in everything, from booking reservations to getting property info! All in all I would highly recommend a stay here at Kremlin palace.

For the February business trip; Breakfast was generally quite good and varied, but lunch and dinner definitely need improvement. It might make more sense to reduce the variety and focus on quality. The meeting rooms are dependent on the main air conditioning system and are not independent. Even if you ask them to intervene when everyone inside is sweating, there's not much they can do. There are plenty of places to walk around inside the hotel. The room I stayed in was generally clean and free of dampness, but I can't say the same for the old, crooked carpet on the floor. The staff are generally very attentive and friendly.

I Stayed at the Kremlin Palace Hotel December 2025 . From the moment that I arrived until the moment that i left, i was very happy with everything. Upon arrival my luggage was taken to my room, which was very nice with everything that you would need. The room was cleaned to a very high standard each day , and drinks in the fridge were replenished. There were lots of places to eat, and this was out of season in December. The variety of different places to eat in full season must be spectacular. There are so many places to relax inside and outside. It's like a little village and nicely designed, and with its own private beach. Lots of swimming pools which looked great. All the staff were friendly and very accommodating. The drinks at the bar were good local and international spirits, and generous amounts. I was kept informed every day by customer relations, that if i needed anything to get in touch with them. I was kindly given a complimentary reservation for the Italian restaurant one evening and the food and service was fantastic..There is a lovely patisserie that opens every day for cakes and pastries/ drinks etc etc . There is food and drinks 24hrs if you require. The decor everywhere in the hotel is very luxurious. I very highly recommend staying there. When i am next back in Antalya, I will definitely be going to the KREMLIN PALACE.

I'm returning to this hotel for the second time. The hotel surprised me with its new changes: a new pool, a new show area. Lots of entertainment. The staff is attentive and friendly. The animators are beautiful. The food is varied. There are no lines at the restaurant. The rooms are clean. They always clean on time. Everything is superb. I'm very happy with my stay. We told everyone about it and recommended it to everyone.

Delicious, varied food. I would suggest improving the beachfront. Put more umbrellas under the sun loungers. The entertainment program is good. The entertainers are good, sociable, and kind. The entire staff is professional. The grounds are spacious, which is a big plus for the hotel. Overall, I was very pleased with my vacation.

From Moscow to Turkish Moscow! From the very first day, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. We were delighted with the prompt check-in at 10:30 AM instead of the agreed-upon 2:00 PM (European standard). A wide selection of dishes, a nice bonus for those with a sweet tooth 😉 The hotel's spacious grounds boast beautiful architecture. Our first trip to Turkey was an unforgettable experience; I highly recommend this hotel!

Old rooms, not even a 3* style. Some days with good food but at 3-4days the same. I've tried to solved some problems with the people at Front desk office and Reception without chance ( bad services).

Beautiful hotel and lovely rooms, seem very family frindly on peak. Lots for kids to do. Found staff not very friendly towards myself but happy to talk with my partner. Food was okay but i wouldnt say 5* good. Unfortunately this hotel is not local to anything within walking distance if you dont want to walk around on your hokiday, The nearest shop was around 25 mins walk. Be prepared for a tour guide to put stuff under your door to book through them, use a booking guide online they are sometimes cheaper and offer transport to. The taxis are very expensive into Antalya so be prepared for that.
