Incredible experience from start to finish
I travelled to Turkey for an elective procedure and stayed at the Kremlin Hotel, and I honestly couldn’t have chosen a better place to recover. The hospitality was absolutely faultless from the moment I arrived.
The staff truly went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and well cared for while I was recovering. When I was bed-bound, they kindly arranged food to be brought directly to my room and regularly checked in to see if I needed anything. They were also very responsive and helpful via WhatsApp, always quick to answer any questions or requests.
What really stood out was the level of care and thoughtfulness — they even prepared nutritious smoothies to support my recovery. I felt safe, reassured, and genuinely looked after throughout my stay.
An amazing experience all round. I’m so grateful for the kindness and professionalism shown to me. Highly recommend!
However, I must criticize the service in the restaurant. The food tasted good, and there was a good selection. What I didn't like, though, was that the waitstaff barely paid attention to the guests. Either I wasn't asked what I wanted to drink at all, or when I finally had something to drink and wanted to get a second plate, my glass, even though it was still full, had already been cleared away.
The service managers were also frequently busy with their cell phones instead of paying attention to the guests. They certainly didn't give a friendly or motivated impression. Why a receptionist was standing in front of the restaurant, even though she neither greeted me nor asked for my room number, remained a mystery to me.
In short: good hotel, good food, but service with surprisingly little interest in guests. 🥂
